The only good thing is location. All the rest are not meeting expectation. Guest elevator was out of order and we have to use employee elevator and go to the room via cleaning room!!! Room facilities are quite out of date.

Not the best accessibility if you rent a car, but the taxis manage to come in and out with no problem. Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff, very well located for restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to Acropolis, the Museum and the Parliament.

We weren't aware that you had to pay extra for the breakfast when we booked. Wish the hotel provided wash cloths, an outlet in the bathroom, and larger or more pillows. The room seemed stuffy at times, even though we were told that we had to contact the front desk to adjust the termperature down. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere (since we eat light anyway). The view at the rooftop bar on our first visiit was amazing. The service was a little slow, though likely due to staffing issues. Otherwise delightful. The doorman (I forget his name) who helped us get a ride through Cypria to the cruise port was SUPER helpful, kind, and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to others.
