Excelent hotel, over many visits.

A very clean and spacious room. The location was great and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Check in did not go well. Arrived early to let them know we made it to Athens. Knew check in was not until 2p, which was fine. Left bags with front desk-they were tagged and secured in a locked room. Came back after 2:30p to be told room wasn't ready. Went up to roof top bar, great views, for refreshments. Came back down at 3:30p, room still was not ready, told they needed another 15 minutes. Well, one hour later finally got to room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

Noisy at night but no fault of hotel. Just people and a lot of music and partygoers around hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Many of our tours had a pick up not far from the hotel still Syntagma square is just a couple of blocks away. Plaka is just a short walk away. There were tons of restaurants around too. The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Athens! The room was very clean and spacious and the location is near Plaka and Akropolis as well as Syntagma square. The breakfast was very rich and everything tasted amazing! The staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

The noise from outside did not let us to sleep until 3 o clock in the morning The hotel says nothing can be done!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and typically have a great experience. It’s in a great section of town and there is lots to do and easy access to public transport, eateries and shopping. However this time we stayed in back of the building, I’m guessing because there was a conference going on and no other rooms available. Our room was a little run down and we had no control of the thermostat. We called and they said that they would raise the temperature remotely. Long story short we were cold entire night. I’m glad we only booked for one night. There’s been times I have stayed for an entire week at this hotel.

We stay there virtually every time we pass via Athens and continue to return because of value for money.

Property is an easy 3 minute walk frlm Syntagma Square or the Plaka district.

Nice breakfast buffet

Pretty disappointed. The rooms and hallways were rundown. Felt dirty and bedding was basically a thin sheet. All the staff we encountered during our stay was unfriendly. Would not recommend at all.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of restaurants and shops. Great nightlife, streets bustling with both locals and you. Food was great and people were very friendly. Hotel room was bright snd appreciated complimentary bottle of wine and Greek sweet. Food top terrace had amazing views of Acropolis.

Room was spotless. Hallway carpet needs cleaning. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was splendid. Rooftop bar was great! Amazing views. Service was lacking on one of our visits. Overall, very good place to stay. Great location.

Room layout was not ideal. Bathroom had no power outlets and had negligible counter space (pleanty of room for a side table).. Hotel is essentially two buildings linked together by basement passage, so you need extra stairs/elevator to get to back rooms. Street noise (street performers) from main walking throughfare echos up the alley. Use of some strange perfume in the basement made getting to the rooms unpleasant.

Roof top bar has a view of the Acropolis!! Beautiful at night!! Nice breakfast options. Rooms are nice enough but the mattress is cheap - so lightweight and no give to them at all. Location was great for shopping and food... Would return and stay again!
