De kamer was schoon en werd schoongemaakt elke 2 dagen. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede service en er werd met je meegedacht. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! :)

Amazing staff and very clean hotel in a perfect area.

When it was raining the water come throw the dorr,and it was water in the hole room and the maneger just give us three towels to clean it up with. And the breakfast was so bad.

First a thanks to the owner, for doing his best to help us in any way we needed. The rooms are very clean, and we could upgrade to a little apartment next to our family,once that got available. I stayed here before, and will stay here again when I go to Benitses. Location is perfect, and you don't hear the nearby road at all.

Hotell benitses arches tog emot oss med extrem vänlighet. Dem var snälla och visade hur vi bodde samt vart man kunde parkera. Däremot var vägen upp till parkeringen extremt brant och smal, samt parkeringsområdet ännu tightare, rekommenderar minsta hyrbilen som går att hitta. Själva området Benitses finns det inget att klaga på, säkert, mysigt, bästa miljön. Men på hotellet så behövde vi ständigt fråga om saker som de hade intygat om fanns, men som inte fanns. T.ex. badrumshanddukar, toalettpapper och soptunna för skräp fanns ej i studio lägenheten. Ganska tråkigt inredd lägenhet men väldigt funktionell! Skön säng och en iskall AC vilket var viktigt för oss.

Bell'albergo personale molto gentile, in posizione comoda con parcheggio. Pulizia della camera e cambio biancheria ottimo. I letti non sono comodissimi e la camera sarebbe un po da modernizzare mobili un po vecchiotti. Bel balcone non abbiamo mai fatto colazione in albergo ma 10 euro a testa con lo sconto invece di 15 ci è sembrato un po eccessivo per Corfu.

The Concierge is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is perfect to get you going in the morning. The rooms are simple yet satisfying with AC which is essential during the summer. The only thing a little lacking was the bed comfort.

Simple accomodation for what we needed

Very good quiet central location. Constantinos the manager is really good and incredibly helpful. We had top floor apartment and this was great. So close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Thanks for a great holiday

A perfect stay really. Made so by the brilliant service. Felt very looked after. Hotel itself was clean safe. It was simple but everything you need for an holiday. Everything worked well, air on made an a bit of noise but that’s normal I think. Had a lovely time. Cant say enough about how nice the team were.

I had the economy room on the ground floor. It was clean and it was nice there was a table with chairs outside to sit. There was a TV, kettle and mini fridge where I could put some food and have brekkie in the morning. There is also an air-condition which you could use for free. The hotel's policy is that they cannot give you plates, mugs and cutlery to use in the room, but they can only give plastic cutlery. So, if you would prefer proper cutlery then you would need to bring some from home. There are two corner shops within 2 mins walking distance where you could buy bread and other groceries. The bus stop is like 3 mins walking distance for the bus to the town centre. The staff is helpful and happy to assist with any requests.

Struttura in ottima posizione, con parcheggio a disposizione.. a pochi metri dal mare e dai ristoranti. Camere datate ma pulitissime. Personale estremamente gentile e accogliente.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel and the host (Konstantin) went out of his way to help me feel comfortable and safe. The hotel is very peaceful and has all the necessities nearby. Can highly recommend !!

Benitses Arches is an excellent option if you need a place to stay in Benitses on a budget. It is close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the bus to Corfu town / airport. The rooms are simple but functional. Beds have good mattress, air-conditioning was recently replaced and upgraded. Bathroom is small but has what you need. WiFi is stable albeit a bit slot at times. Breakfast options were more than enough for me. The hotel manager is exceedingly helpful and polite. He makes everyone feel welcome.

Es war wieder wunderschön, ich bewohnte wieder das Studio mit der kleinen Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten, und sass unter dem riesigen Avocadobaum, hatte vollkommen Ruhe.
