A true gem of a find in a quiet little beach town of Kini. This small seaside hotel has everything you expect and more. No surprises here. Style, comfort, service, hospitality and fantastic views over the bay. We loved it.

En lugn och fantastisk vistelse för mig och min man, hotellet är utmärkt bra att bo på! Det finns många trevliga restauranger att välja på kring hotellet. Ett tips är att solstolarna är billigare att hyra på andra ställen än från hotellet.

You could not find a more relaxing or accomodating place spend a week to relax. The owners and the staff were very helpful with respects to making our stay on Syros the best part of our 5 week stay in Greece. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts were great.

Staff was great. Complimentary breakfast plentiful and delicious.

We picked this hotel due to it’s location across from the beach and great price, the breakfast may look a bit limited but it gave us everything we wanted and the staff were simply the best, the young lads do a great job looking after the sunbeds and restaurant bar area.

Wonderful people that make you feel at home

The hotel was lovely and situated on a beautiful beach with the gorgeous local color that the Greek islands offer. Sunsets were soectacular! The staff was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating! Also, wonderful restaurants located along the beach, within easy walking distance. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Convenient location across from sandy beach. Very clean. Friendly staff. WiFi terrible though and no hotel parking.

The hotel is family owned and its a few feet from the beach. The beach is breathtaking, water is so clear and the beach is nice and sandy. Breakfast starts a little late, at 9 am, but, its homemade Frittatas and some other delicious food. The rooms are a little small but very clean. The owner, Anna Maria (Happy Birthday to her) is very charming and attentive. The hotel is located at Niki beach which is probably 15 minutes in a car, from the center of town. This hotel is the best on Niki beach. You can order food and cocktails on the beach, there is a full bar in the hotel. The server suggested a drink called 4G and it was extremely good.

Excellent value for money accommodation in a wonderful low key spot that is ideal for a relaxing beach front holiday. The management and staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfast was great and the rooms made up beautifully each day. The deck chairs provided on the beach under thatch umbrellas could be a bit more comfortable but not a big issue as swims needed to be frequent in order to cool down. Highly recommended.

Although we would have preferred a sea view there were many wonderful things about this place. It was very clean , great rooms and breakfast but my favourite thing was the staff. True Greek hospitality...sometimes refusing tips despite the fact that most staff work 12 hours a day , six days a week and make around 450 euros a month. We left a tip discreetly when we left . Thank you to the great staff !
