Very conveniently located and modern hotel. The location was unbeatable, close to all the sights, the metro, and good food. The check in process was a little difficult because our phones wouldn’t work to open the doors, but we contacted the hotel on WhatsApp and they quickly helped us get a physical key. I had seen reviews complaining about the check in process, so was ready with the help number on hand, and it was fine. The hotel is close to a church that rings the bell every half hour, which I not ideal, but also not the hotel’s fault. The bathroom is right in the bedroom behind a glass sliding door, which doesn’t offer much privacy. But there is a hotel bathroom in the basement, if needed. The restaurant connected to the hotel is delicious.

Check in process is a little strange...must use their website to pay the extra city tax, and they only give you access to property after the check in time (so rigid). Rooms are super clean and property is in a prime location.

Room cleaning is extra price

All the services are easy to manage and all thw furniture is new

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a real hotel or an Airbnb. There is no staff on site, and everything relies on your phone and their virtual system. No battery. No room. Their system is down. No room. Book an Airbnb or a hotel elsewhere for a similar price and a much better experience. Look at the other reviews.

Great host and beautiful location!

Our family had an amazing stay, one of the best experiences in Greece. The location is superb, close to everything. The view is amazing. We couldn’t asked for a better hotel!

Great rooms in great location. Right in the Plaka area, there are restaurants and shops in every direction for a good distance. The place is on a pedestrian only “street”, so expect to drag your bags a block or two from the taxi or bus. There’s a metro station a half mile or so away. We spent 2 nights and found plenty to do within a few blocks of the hotel. There is no staffing at the front desk and you open your room with your phone. It’s a bit slow compared to a key card but it works. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, however, just one thin small blanket to sleep with was tough. And there is no one working front desk, so.....oh well. Noce clean place otherwise

Great location, room is spacious and clean.

Everything supposedly self serviced and digital without actual staff present and it worked for me. Also often there is someone at the reception to guide you.

Definitely not a good fit for a long term stay. It's not a proper hotel but also not an apartment.  The GOOD: Location. Very centered yet on a quiet street. Rooms are very spacious, well designed. Received a free room upgrade. Staff was very present and friendly.  The BAD: The list is long... The room had a very foul smell coming from the bathroom. If your room is near the elevator, be prepared to hear everyone coming in and out. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay, so after 6 nights, a lot of garbage accumulated. As such, coffee / wine glasses become very unsanitary as well by this point. Room only accessible via mobile phone so if you're running on low battery and out you have to return to the hotel which is very unpractical. The hotel charged me a fee prior to my arrival which was not listed in my reservation quote and only received a refund after my travel agency intervened.  BOTTOM LINE: Good concept, bad execution. For a similar price you can find a better accommodation. Either a proper hotel room with cleaning and amenities replenishment or a proper apartment with the relevant utilities to do it yourself.
