Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Familienzimmer mit Meerblick.

Good central location but service was poor. Cleaners walked into our room in the morning without even knocking while we were still in bed. Food was below average

Das All Inklusiv Angebot nicht wirklich genutzt, da es so viele gute Restaurants rundherum hat. Hätte mir gewünscht nur mit Frühstück buchen zu können. Das Buffet sagte mir nicht so zu, Getränke waren vorallem sehr Süss aber keine Markenprodukte oder gute Cocktails. Finde es schade, dass bei allinklusiv oft nur billigprodukte verwendet werden. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Lage vom Hotel ist auch super. Ebenfalls die Anlage von aussen ist sehr hübsch. Super fand ich, dass wir beim Checkin mitten in der Nacht ein Sandwich bekamen.

This was our fourth family vacation in Cactus beach hotel. Every year is better and better, three years ago they opened water park, this they totally renovated restaurant... Eco friendly, Impeccable cleanliness, warm and helpful staff - we feels like home. :)

Very nice hotel - located in the middle of Stalida. We stayed in the new wing i think - with very nice quality and good sized rooms. Seemed newly renovated. The all-inclusive package was very good. Food was above average of other all-inclusive places we have tried. Free gated parking on the grounds. Pros: Very good food. Enjoyed the hotels 2 a la carte restaurants that was included, for 1 night each, as well. Nice surroundings - hotel grounds is nice and well maintained. Easy access to the beach and the small city with a lot of nice restaurants and bars as well. Good service in general both from maintenance, waiters and frontdesk. Cons: Very little actually. We would wish for a heated pool - as it was so cold we barely used it for the week. (in start october) We could wish for something else than papercups for wine and beer to enjoy it more. And maybe some more sun-loungers by the pool as the amount of people and chairs didnt really seem to match up. But its really a recommendable hotel - especially with the price in mind. It was way better than expected - and would definitely come back

Camera molto piccola per un hotel che vanta **** . Assurdo il costo di 10 euro giorno per la wifi. Spiaggia hotel a pagamento , nonostante l' hotel si venda come " ALL INCLUSIVE"

Vi checkade in från ett annat hotell endast en natt. Ett mycket enkelt hotell som inte gör mig glad. Enkla rum, känns som att tiden stått stilla. Små hårda sängar. Lite vandrarhems känsla över hela stället. Inget hotell som jag skulle rekommendera för ett par. Säkert bra om man vill ha ett enkelt, billigt och mycket folk och barn runt sig hela tiden. Lägg till några kronor och ta in på Cactus systerhotell som ligger 100 meter bort. En helt annan upplevelse. Dock måste jag säga att vi uppskattade personalen som var trevliga förutom de två männen som tog emot vid check in. Dom hade inte går på någon kurs hur man bemöter kunder. Arrogant och okunnig är inget bra om man skall ha kundkontakt.

Majority of the staff most certainly favored the German speaking guests. Our "please and thankyou" comments illicitated scowling and ill tempered gestures from some female staff members, especially in the small pool coffee serving area. Overall, a pleasant well laid out hotel, but marred by overbooking room and rather childness behaviour from some staff.

Food is nice. Animation is in German only, not even bilingual. Towels are changed every three days.

Die Hotelanlage ist war recht groß, aber dennoch nicht unübersichtlich. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Pools. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, ruhig und gut erreichbar. Das Essen war hervorragend. Es gab überwiend internationale Gerichte, aber auch sehr viele griechische Spezialitäten, so dass es sich eigentlich erübrigt hat auswärts essen zu gehen. HP langt übrigens bei weitem aus.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en formule all inclusive. Un peu déçus par les paysages de Crète ; heureusement, le cadre de l'hôtel était très agréable. Buffet varié, plutôt sympa les invitations à la taverne et au restaurant italien pour changer d'ambiance. Personnel très serviable dans l'ensemble, moins à la réception.... Clientèle en grande majorité germanophone, animations en allemand/anglais ; vous ne parlerez pas francais pendant une semaine...
