Hello,
We have really enjoyed our short stay at Civitel, the staff are all helpful and are all ready for support when needed.
The room had been very clean and the location is 10 to 15 mins walk to Athens mall "the biggest in Athens".
The put a welcome drinks and water at the room, some small snacks for the kids that was a beautiful insight from them.
Unfortunately the elevator was faulty and we were in building 5 second floor, there is no staff to carry your laggages upstairs, so you count on your muscles 😀
In general, the place is beautiful for a short stay, very clean and has a very quite neighbourhood.
A small suggestion if they can extend the operating hours of the swimming pool to 09.30pm, as most of the residents will come back late from shopping or visiting attractions and extending the pool hours can give them a great option when they come back.

Great stay in a great hotel
I stay here frequently and have no complaints. Friendly staff, helpful and polite, clean rooms, good food I will be back soon

Never again
We arrived at 12 am. Check in complete, all done, the receptionist said oh just to let u know we have an issue with the elevator so u have to go up 2 floors on the stairs, we said ok but is there anyone to help us with our luggages? He said unfortunately no. We had to carry four big luggages 2 floors on our own up then down after 2 days.
Breakfast area always dirty and breakfast quality and variety is zero.
The AC in the room was not cooling, we put it on the lowest temperature but nonsense.
This is one of the most terrible experiences we’ve had.

Early Check in nicht möglich.
Rezeption hat nicht bemerkt dass 2 Zimmer rezerviert waren, musste lange suchen.
Rezeptions- Mitarbeiterin telefoniert 20 Minuten und beachtet uns nicht.
Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht.
Essen im Restaurant OK.

I used it for 2 nights for my family heading back from the islands

Rooms are very nice. They do allow smoking in the hotel or just didn’t care, as we could smell it all night from our neighboring room. The location is about a 45 minute cab ride to Acropolis which didn’t bother us. But it’s super close to the airport and huge shopping mall.

I like that breakfast was included in the price and there was a pool available for the hot days. The staff were really friendly and helpful to getting taxis, directions and helpful in providing information on COVID testing and printing for airport. Make sure and PRINT your test results.

Mijn voorkeur gaat meestal uit naar een open raam s'nachts, echter staan er buiten heel wat koelunits storend te ronken. Bij gesloten raam kon de airco niet uit en deze was eveneens slecht/niet regelbaar. Tevens waren de buren erg goed hoorbaar ook al spraken ze normaal.
Schimmels zijn fijn bij kaas maar niet in de douche... Ontbijt was voldoende maar van matige kwaliteit. Het Hotel was gekozen voor de ligging tov de werkplek.

Leider kann ich nur über den Service berichten, und der war ausgezeichnet:
Ich hatte eine Buchung für 1 Nacht zu einer nicht erstattbaren Rate Mitte März. Dann kam Corona dazwischen. Hotels.com war telefonisch überlastet und antwortete auch nicht per mail. Ein kurzer Anruf beim Hotel genügte, und 2 Stunden später war das Geld vollständig erstattet.
Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Athen werde ich mit Sicherheit noch einmal persönlich Danke sagen!
P.S. Andere Anbieter bestanden auf der Stornierungsfrist, die einzuhalten unmöglich war.
