Excellent service. Room is amazing. There was an outdoor bath as well as wonderful sea view. I spent a whole afternoon there. The hotel was not located at main street, I needed to park my car near a restaurant and walked ~5 mins to the hotel, but no worry luggage, porter would help us. The parking lot was for public, and parking spaces were very limited, so better to call hotel's staff for help. But, I got parking problem again after I went out and back...

Room with Stunning views! Super friendly staffs with great smiles!! They are there to help even 1am in the morning and solve the problem immediately!! Great breakfast, great services and sent us evening sweet everyday!!

Staff is generally helpful (particularly the guy that helped to carry out luggages up and down the hotel, and also Maria, the manager at night). However, as mentioned in previous comments, there is a restricted view on sunset ( if full sunset view is preferred, suggest to stay on the other side of Imerovigli near the Skaros Rock, where you get to see a beautiful view of the sunset). Also, as most comments have suggested, the whole property is quite small in size, so we only got limited space for room/ balcony. Plus, our jacuzzi was not functioning properly and it couldn’t be fixed during our stay which made it a bit unpleasant to us. We were offered a complimentary transfer as a compensation, but I would have wished for a perfect stay instead of any form of compensation. Breakfast was plentiful but don’t expect too much on the taste. Overall it was an average stay given the price that we have paid for. Will still recommend friends to stay in the Imerovigli area but maybe other hotels.

The staff was great! Highly recommended! We were able to rent a car right on top of the hill above the hotel. We were allowed to park it there as well. All within a walkable distance. The awaited for our arrival and carry our luggage down the stairs. The room was large clean and offer a great view.

Great excellent staff! It was wonderful there was no hidden charges or Gimmicks. Thank you we want to come back again.

Very nice! Privacy was great and the staff was exceptional. The rooms have a tablet to order food for breakfast so you can change it up every day if you would like.

The property is small, quiet, private, and the views are stunning! The bathroom smelled at times, but staff were really quick to try and solve, although it's a larger issue that cannot be solved with spraying deodorant. Imerovigli itself is rather small; however, Firostefani, which is a bit larger and has more shops and restaurants is only a 10-min walk, and adding another 10 mins is Thera where the main action is, so all in all, not too far away. Great small boutique hotel perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views!

Présence de moustiques au sein du jacuzzi. Humidité au sein de la chambre. Eau et sanitaire qui s’evacuent mal. La couleur de l’eau au sein du jacuzzi est davantage verte que bleu comme le laisser penser les photos.

une vue magnifique et un calme apaisant, hotel moderne, service impeccable et personnels attentionnés. chambre très propre et spacieuse. l'accès y est un peu difficile, mais agréable quand on arrive sur les lieux. petit déjeuner à la carte et copieux et servit dans les chambres. excellent

The location is perfect! Other suites have a pathway cutting through so there is no privacy. Cocoon is in an area to itself so strangers are not walking past while you relax in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and served to our room every morning ( you pick the time) so we could eat on the balcony with the sea view. The service was amazing, they helped us arrange transportation and things to do on the island. The bed was so comfortable and the space in the suite was a nice size. I would also recommend the 3 course dinner with wine tasting...it was delicious! I would definitely stay at cocoon suites again. But to anyone who has issues with walking and steps it could be an issue...along with the rest of Santorini as it is built on a mountain/ cliff so you must be able to walk steps in order to get around. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such an amazing experience!

had a really great time staying in cocoon suites. the location was really great, with a nice balcony w/ a great view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would def come back here for a relaxing weekend in Santorini.

Amazing view, amazing service, amazing room. What would make it better - transparency of booking a transfer to the ferry port. Thinking it was exclusively for us, planning that with time to the ferry. Instead it was us as the first pick up, then 3 additional pick ups, creating a lot of anxiety on if we will make our ferry. Considering there were 3 pick ups, an exclusive taxi probably would have been the same price.
