Great for one night when getting ferry to Symi in the morning

The owner runs reception from early morning to 11pm. She is always helpful, enthusiastic and polite. The room is airy and nicely laid out, and the bathroom is well laid out and clean. We were upgraded to an available room on the 2nd floor which had a balcony;better than the small area with a couple of chairs outside the ground floor rooms. There are nearby restaurants and coffee shops, bank machines and supermarkets. The walk into the Old Town is about 20 minutes along a street of supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is sandy and about 3 minutes walk away. There is a local market close-by on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Check out was midday and our flight was 10pm - the owner was very helpful, booking us a taxi, looking after our bags during the day, happy for us to hang around and use the electricity and the pool, even providing us with towels.

It was good however I had to pay to use the air con which is ridiculous

Staff very nice to far out of the way quite a walk to old town and taxis not around that area and did not seem to be on a bus route

Visited during the quiet season, in between Xmas and New Year. Greek Xmas on different day, so many shops in the centre of town (Old Rhodes, and modern city were closed.

George & his staff were friendly & beyond helpful! The rooms were clean & comfortable. We loved our patio room & stayed there for a week & returned again. Excellent breakfast. There are some great little restaurants nearby. Don't just go to Mondraki! George helped us with a project for my mother-in-law in Rodos--amazing assistance! He was always willing to lend his help! Thank you George!

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Hotel, the staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. Our ferry got in before noon and we were able to check in, what a blessing. For the price this is quite a value with the wonderful varied breakfasts every morning. Manned at all times to refresh items that run low. The room was just a 15-20 minute walk to the Palace of the Grand Master in the medieval city. Going the other way to the bay, right turn, 1st main crosswalk, is a terrific public beach with clear clean water, a shower and lounges and umbrellas available. We swam on 10-10-15! We had a market about five minutes walk and made all our own dinners which saved even more money. Great value.

Great service and great support , it is a place to we return

Stayed 1 night, got great deal on room, hotel delivered much more than expected. About a 30 minute walk (or short taxi ride) from ferry - so not as convenient if you want to spend all your time in the old town; good if you want to get out of the melee. Close to a small beach and some good restaurants. Staff helpful, breakfast and other services all good.

The hotel was a good choice for the money , comfortable clean rooms , in a very quiet area of Rhodes , Flag down a taxi to Town was 5 Euros. Book a taxi was 10 euros. Supermarket & chemist around the corner & ATM machine down the end of the road on the near the water front.

This hotel is in a great location if you prefer to be away from the tourist strip. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were great and the pool well maintained.

Good sized apartment close to the old town (20min walk). Apartment was clean and towels were changed each day. Wifi wasn't great in our bedroom but ok in the living area. The beach at the end of the road also wasn't great (it was on a main busy road) so we only used it once. The pool area was nice but got windy in the afternoons. Buffet breakfast was included, it was an English fry up which we were slightly disappointed in as we were in Greece... There was no Greek yorgurt! We visited ladiko and Lindos beach which were both accessible by buses - highly recommend the trip

We have just returned from the Comfort Hotel Apartments and cant wait to go back again. The hotel is with walking distance of Rhodes town about 15 mins away and 2/3 mins away from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make your holiday special. Excellent :)

It has been amazing experience. Staff and mainly owner and his wife were really nice and friendly. We could not complain about anything, food was really nice and environment clean and tidy. i would recommend this hotel for all people who is looking for quite place with good service and facilities. Spent two weeks in May at this hotel and found it was friendly, clean and comfortable with local beach, shops and tavernas. It's located 20 mins walk from Rhodes old town and suitable for those looking for a holiday away from the all inclusive resorts. It's a genuinely Greek experience with hospitality to match.

For the price this is quite a good deal. The neighborhood is not business heavy and it requires quite a walk to old or new town. It is however, clean , cheap and the staff is very hospitable. I have seen far worse establishments priced higher.

The hotel was clean and nice

Koselig hotell med hyggelig betjening. Rolig område kort vei til en nydelig strand. Ca 15 min å gå inn til gamlebyen. Fant noen gode restauranter i nærområde.
