A truly remarkable hotel. If you are considering booking this don’t hesitate. A room with a pool is worth it!

Breathtaking views when you first arrive! The private beach is beautiful and convenient. The hotel is very chic and luxurious. The food was very good! Lots of families, it seems to be popular among couples with babies!

The resort never felt crowded with plenty of areas to relax in peace and quiet. Private cove and beautiful infinity pool were beautiful.

Awesome stay.

This hotel, like many others marked as “VIP Access,” offers no real benefits. Despite clear upgrade availability the night before check-in, we were told nothing was available once we mentioned VIP status—a recurring pattern where upgrades are consistently denied using vague excuses. If a non-VIP guest wanted to pay, I’m certain a room would have been available. There was no recognition, no perk, no welcome amenity—nothing. Even after raising the issue with guest relations, no effort was made to address it. Additionally, the advertised valet parking doesn’t exist and isn’t needed—it’s just misleading. This feels more like a marketing trick than a real program. I strongly urge you to review and remove this hotel from the VIP Access list.

Jeder Wunsch wird fast intuitiv erfüllt, das Team begegnet einem mit echter Herzlichkeit, ist aufmerksam und persönlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist eine Oase – hochwertig ausgestattet, ruhig, luxuriös und mit einem wundervollen Spa-Team, das weiß, was es tut. Und das Essen? Einfach fantastisch. Ob Frühstück, Dinner oder die Gerichte am Pool – alles frisch, kreativ- einfach Mega lecker . Ein Rückzugsort, die Zimmer ein Traum - wir haben ein fantastisches Upgrade erhalten - ein Mutter - Tochter Trip wie wir ihn uns gewünscht hatten - wir waren nach 5 Tagen super entspannt und sind in einer Stunde am Flughafen Heraklion wieder angekommen und haben direkt gesagt - wir kommen wieder!

Amazing hotel, staff were outstanding. My only feedback is that the food in the buffet restaurant is a bit hit and miss quality wise. Will definitely come back here next time Im in Crete.

This is our third time in Daios. The best hotel in Crete! The only thing they should change is the old TV's in the guest rooms.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, the beach is stunning. Not too big but had all amenities. I was there for 5 days with my husband and 3 yo and we loved every minute of it. We are already planning to go back with our extended family.
