Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de l'hôtel Denise Beach Aucune communication, un petit déjeuner catastrophique (aucun aliment cuit correctement..), un service de très mauvaise qualité. Des chambres indignes d'un 4 étoiles (déco vieillotte, un carré de douche avec un rideau trop petit qui laisse passer l'eau...). Et le pompon fut le service... nous avons eu un différent avec un serveur peu serviable et nous avons du nous expliquer auprès de la réception. Du jamais vu !!! Un hôtel géré comme une auberge.. Je vous invite à passer votre chemin. Ceci n'est pas un 4 étoiles.

Stayed at Denise Beach for two weeks, I really can’t think about any negative things. My room was in the seaside (new) part. I asked for that specifically (TIP). View from the balcony was AMAZING. Cameo Island is a 10 minute walk (tip: walk through the water for a few meters, then over the beach. Its quicker. Laganas strip/restaurants/shops can all be reached within a max 10 minute walk. Hotel staff is very kind and always willing to help. Rooms look very good (bathrooms can be a bit cleaner but those are details). Only ate a sandwich here so don’t know about the food. Big plus for me was that there are beach beds upstairs (near the pool) AND you have a part downstairs with more beds, where you can walk straight into the sea. Those beds cost 5 euro a day, but you get a small locker for your wallet/room key/phone/etc for that price as well. Very handy when you want to swim a bit (I was on my own so very helpful). Loved that the sea is super clear. When you walk through it, you see a lot of fishes swimming right next to your feet. Thank you Denise Beach, had the best stay!

Very nice facilities with the pool and bar. Just as a warning the photos really did not reflect the room we stayed in, but still a nice room. The road was slightly noisy outside with deliveries in the morning.

It was alright. I would rate 4 out of ten. I think the only valuable point of this hotel was the human aspect. Staff was friendly, even if sometimes have reluctant in providing information. It is still a muster to us the fact that we had to pay a local tax (I assume for the overnight staying?), but no receipt was provided once asked several times. Buffet breakfast are very frugal and expensive. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel was newly built, clean, comfortable and met all our needs while there. It's close to the beach and hs lots of surrounding bars & restaurants. Our kids even asked if we could spend another 2 nights there.

I liked the location. The beach outside the hotel was essentially private to hotel guests and the walk to town was not long. I didn't like the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable, particularly for older people.

Siamo una coppia e Abbiamo alloggiato in quest as agosto.Lhotel è formato da 2 strutture una recente e una piu vecchia.Quella recente è un 4 stelle l altra dicono che è 4 stelle ma equivale a un 2 stelle. A noi purtroppo hanno dato la struttura vecchia,le camere erano situate su una mansarda del hotel.quindi occhio a quando prenotate, buona posizione tranquilla sul mare lontano dalla movida di laganas.

I've never actually done review before this will be my first time but I wanted to try it out because I was so disappointed. I decided to stay in this hotel because of the good ratings, but I soon found out that the ratings were good because there were not many reviews. At first, the room was quite old. The bed was not good as well and the room was so small that it was inconvenient for my family to move at the same time. The worst thing was toilet, it looked as narrow as about 3 square meters. Plus, it was difficult to cover all of the rooms with a working air conditioner. Internet was not available in the room, because the signal was so weak that I had to go to the terrace to connect. I travel frequently, and when I am happy with the hotel, I take some picture, but I did not take a single room photo in this time. Breakfast option was not available, but breakfast fee was different from what I knew and was different again from what I heard when I checked in at lobby. When I think about the price, it is better to use other restaurants outside. The good point is the location. It is close to the beach and close to many shops. Also the pool at the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly, but I felt sorry for the lack of operationality. Hope this helps!

Perfect for our necessities

Beautiful views, lovely clean hotel, good food and friendly staff. 5 minutes from the strip but far enough for some peace on the beach.

Staff was super friendly, hotel was nice, had really good amenities. Was able to collect a towel each day and give it back after using it at the pool/sea.

It was amazing! Perfect location, the views were incredible. Our room has an amazing view and I was only 10 steps from the beach.

the property is located in a beautiful area, minutes away from restaurants and bars. Direct access to the beach and great views from the sun lounge areas.

la struttura é praticamente sull'acqua,in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro,e ha un ristorantino con un panorama fantastico

We spent two nights at Zakynthos and stayed at Denise Beach Hotel. Was amazed by our room! So close to the sea and with a terrace as big as the room. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We can also recommend Laganas Horse riding centre that we visited for a tour, lovely! Would definitely come back to Denise.

Easy and friendly early check in. Typival no frills sanitary beach room. super market and rwesteraunts nearby. Beach access with the lock boxes are awesome.

Libation was great, property was clean. My only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful time there the staff were so welcoming. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels. Added bonus of internet in the rooms with a tv. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and would stay there time and time again. Loved every day I spent there.
