早餐豐盛,離市中心很近,附近有酒吧可以喝酒,非常推薦,可惜熱水不太熱,整體感覺是推薦的

走路至港邊大約3-5分鐘距離，食衣住行 個方便機能都很完全，早餐算是多元(品質普通)。飯店人員相當親切，能提供完整的資訊及旅遊協助

位置超好,服务员很友善,早餐还教我如何著一杯希腊咖啡,房间内部就一般,不过天台的泳池和酒吧就非常棒

The hotel is very old, old fashioned. You could hear every movement or talks of the other hotel guests. This was quite annoying when you are trying to sleep. Other than that the receptionist was so kind and helpful. Thank you

Très mignon avec petit balcon donnant sur ruelle. Malheureusement un fêtard a perturbé notre sommeil jusqu’aux petites heures du matin. Les chambres ne sont pas très insonorisées. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Très bon. Excellent service d’Angela à la réception et du très gentil barman

Prima hotel, matrassen erg hard

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredible and I really liked the room and the amenities. Can only recommend the breakfast, a wide variety with change every day! I had a very memorable time in Zakynthos and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

The hotel is a bit tired but in great location. Roof top bar and pool is nice, breakfast is good and staff friendly.

The property was amazing super clean and I cannot emphasize how friendly and helpful the staff was Sophia at the front desk was the sweetest and provided us with top notch service! Super clean and the location made our stay even more extraordinary

Everyone friendly and overall stratified with our stay

The common areas of the hotel and the room itself look really good, however the bathroom is small, outdated and it smells, it doesn’t make any sense that is hasn’t been refurbished recently. The bed is comfortable but the bed sheets are really bad, so thick and harsh! You can literally hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and corridor and this is what I thought it was the worse about this hotel! I thought the breakfast was poor and not varied, but after staying in other hotels of the same sort in Greece, it seems to be the “normal”. But I noticed there are no lactose free options available. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The bed was unbelieveably hard and uncomfortable. A/C was noisy and bathroom extractor noisy. Noise from the corridor and street were also very loud. Broken electical fittings in the bathroom. Parking was indicated on list of amenities but this was just street parking. Quite misleading. The room was clean but exceptionally dated.

Absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with Greek products and new food every single morning. Staff was amazing, friendly and help me a lot with printing out my boarding pass and giving me a chance to have a shower and use all facilities including swimming pool even after my check out. All receptionist (morning/evening/night) were so thoughtful and helpful. I couldn’t recommend more.

The hotel location is perfect - right in the middle of all the action. The bathroom smelled and was very small. We were on the first floor and every morning heard loud noises because people were eating breakfast and could hear the chairs moving. We also were right by the cleaning room so we heard the cleaning ladies every morning. The pool is very small compared to what it looks like online. We did not sleep for the 4 nights that we stayed there. Also we had two twin beds put together as a queen bed and there was a separation in the middle so it was uncomfortable. Parking was difficult as well.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a tour with the concierge and had the best time touring the island and boating to Shipwreck beach and the blue caves. We loved our guide!
