Amazing hotel with a great service. Will definitely come back there . Staff is incredibly polite and very customer oriented . They tried their best to accommodate any of our requests . You always get some delights delivered into room.

Had a very relaxing time staff were amazing

We just came back from a 3-night trip with my wife, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were incredibly caring and attentive. I had a conversation with one of them (Kostas), who said: “We know this may be the only holiday our guests take in a year, so we strive to make it as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.” That mindset was reflected in everything. The hotel itself is a perfect 10/10. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — just the right number of options, all made with top-quality ingredients. I still think about it to this day. The beach water was crystal clear, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, whether you watched them from the beach or from the Raw Bar, where the elevated view made them even more spectacular. Absolutely recommend — and we will definitely be coming back.

The staff of the hotel is amazing, you feel at home, they are always happy and ready to assist! We will definitely come back, I strongly recommend all their properties, we stayed at the Domes White Cost in Milos and it was the same amazing experience.

The property is situated on a gorgeous beach with crystal blue water - beautiful for swimming. The food and facilities are fabulous.

My husband and I stayed here for an 8 day honeymoon and it was perfect! The staff were so nice and accommodating, the food was incredible and it was conveniently located near Chania so getting to and from was very easy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone I know!

This hotel was amazing. The staff have thought of everything! The rooms were a good size and clean and comfortable. The resort is so quiet and calming. The restaurant was nice. Everyone was so nice and friendly!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and convenient. The beach and pool were excellent. Could have used more places to hang towels and places around the sink for toiletries. Food on site was very good and the staff very friendly.

Excellent hotel and accommodation. We had a hard time finding seats by the pool, though. Many clients leave their stuff on the pool chairs to “occupy” them, and leave.

This is a lovely property, very clean, great staff and amazing food at both Topos restaurant and the Raw bar. Our room was a 30 second walk to the beach. My only complaint, our stay was not long enough.

Location is fantastic on the water and access to beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of options for food and all very tasty. Also, not far from local attractions and the harbor.

This was the most incredible hotel stay I’ve ever had! We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a cool towel, accompanied by a tour of the amenities. The spa and beachside food and drinks were great. The checkout process was a breeze, and the valet service was prompt throughout our stay. The signature scent throughout the property added to the overall ambiance. Our suite was elegantly appointed with two levels, each featuring a balcony. There’s a relaxing whirlpool tub where we could enjoy the sea view from the upper level. The resort’s compact size made it easy to navigate between different areas. The beach was minutes from our door with plenty of beachside loungers to relax on. The pools were cool but refreshing in mid-May. We also enjoyed massages and the steam room/sauna. In addition to the onsite restaurant, there are also nearby hotels and restaurants that you can easily walk to. I can’t wait to explore other Domes Resorts in the future!

The facility was great, and the entire setup of the hotel and the units is well designed and thought. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is one of the best in Crete with 10 minutes' drive to Chania (if you use a taxi about EUR 12- EUR 15 , the sandy beach. The staff (Kostas and team) and the manager Vangelis were great! very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. To see how far they went above and beyond, we had special request to drop a luggage there for a few months and Vangelis volunteered to keep it even the entire winter! Overall great experience, great people and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Domes Noruz Team! :)
