Excellent front desk..helpful and kind. Hotel and room was clean. Parking is very difficult to find. Bathroom/shower very small. Buffet breakfast—assortment of cheeses/meats, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, breads. No warm offerings.

Middle of the town, so very convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.
Bathroom and shower is tiny.
No block out for the window so was very bright and very noisy because of the area.

It was clean, the receptionist was kind and helpful. Unfortunately there wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities which was disappointing as we had a very long day travelling , not sure if we would stay here again

Great, clean property, I like the old school European charm (small bathrooms) ha! The bed was a little firm, but doable. The best parts about this place are the friendly employees and the location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of Heraklion's pedestrian district: shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. I would stay here again.

スタッフは普通にフレンドリー。事前確認はしていたが、朝食付きに変更・ドライヤーのレンタルなど対応してくれたので融通は効きそう。ライオン広場やお土産屋通りの近くなので場所はいいです。あとはシャワーが狭いのがどうにかなればというところだが、それを我慢すればコスパはいい宿だと思います！

L’enregistrement était rapide.
L’endroit où se trouve l’hôtel est très bien positionné en plein centre-ville. Il y a un parking public à proximité. Il faut compter 12 € la nuit très bien insonorisé. La clim fonctionnait bien. En revanche le lit est beaucoup trop petit pour deux personnes et pas vraiment confortable Après pour le prix, on peut pas s’attendre. À plus la salle de bain est extrêmement petite, on se sent à l’étroit.

The hotel ideally situated in the middle. All the staff were pleasant.
Only issue is the pictures provided in Hotel.com are misleading.
If you are big built, try to avoid the hotel. The room, bed and specially the shower room is too small.
I struggled a lot.

Location of course is the main attraction and convenience. Clean and comfortable property. While the shower is so tiny you can barely fit in it, it is private shower while many places offer shared bathrooms. For location, amenities and price this is a gem. Special thanks to the breakfast room staff who kept the breakfast room stocked and clean during the breakfast hours and were always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.
