The room service staff are very kind and helpful. We love the breakfast! The view from the restaurant is super. I definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Thessaloniki.

After two not value for money hotel stays during our trip in Greece this hotel was very welcoming and value for money. Friendly staff at the door and reception. comfortable and clean room. Was very happy the first night when we came back from dinner and saw that it had been cleaned in the evening with a freshly made bed, new towels, emptied trash and a piece of chocolate. The breakfast was very good with several cheeses and cold cuts as well as fruit (which was appreciated because our previous hotels in Serres and Parga which were 4 stars, only had one type of cheese, cold cuts and fruit). A small drawback was that they did not serve coffee in the bar after 6pm when we were going to have drinks in the evening (one of the party does not drink alcohol and wanted a cappuccino).

Second time here and will return

A top-quality hotel with delicious breakfast at the top floor - an amazing Thessaloniki bay view. A very small but highly eficient open air floor, again at the top floor. The only negative comment for executive lounge. You may extra amount to access the lounge but the service at the lounge is not nice. Canapes or other finger foods should be as open buffet because asking for one piece of finger food every time is not nice. The same applies for the drinks. The variety and qualify of them is very nice but reaching whatever you want is challenging. A huge potential is not being used properly at the lounge. I hope it will be changed the next time I will stay there 😂
