1. 早餐不是自助餐，而是在前一天先選好餐紙，然後第二天早上送到房間的，都好，因為早上外面很凍很大風(5月中)，在房間吃很溫暖舒服，當然也是可以選擇在戶外吃的 2. 花灑水壓足夠，沖涼很舒服，只是熱水供應量少，一個人沖完涼要等一段時間才有足夠熱水讓第二個沖涼

也许是因为价格的原因让我们对oia酒店期待过高，前一晚住过above blue suites之后真的就是有对比的，从房间，设施，服务，景色整体比较起来就被比下去了. 客观的来评价一下酒店吧： 优点：酒店的扛行李的服务人员真的是力气很大，那么重的两个大箱子一下抗在肩头就走狭窄的楼梯上上下下的走，这个真的很赞也很辛苦！酒店的view还可以，能看到落日的一部分，但是还是有遮挡，不能完全看到落入水中，看落日的时候还是去别的地方看的.所以露台的功能没用上，有点可惜.室内温度不错，床也是很舒服的，尤其是洗澡的水是很给力的！wifi速度不错。最后一天我们是晚班的飞机，酒店竟然让我们多在房间留了一个下午，这个真的是很赞！ 缺点：酒店房间有一股发霉的味道，酒店只有一个卫生间带盖的垃圾桶，使用起来不是很方便，设施比较陈旧，spa pool就是一个摆设，叫服务人员过来调试一下还是不好用，水不热，可能早餐给我的印象不大好.前一晚点好餐，第二天回送餐到房间，但是我们点好了面包和butter,jam，只给我们上了面包却没有酱，水果也没有上，早餐量不是很多.服务不算是很及时. 总体来讲，酒店不大值这个价格

Staff for incredible. Our private heated jetted plunge pool was amazing. Cave pools were great. Our view was great and our private sunset view everynight!

Great location and hotel but it was the staff that made the stay amazing.

We had a fantastic stay with the hotel. The sunset view was beautiful, the staff were helpful and the location was great, so we walked everywhere and enjoyed the view of Oia in the morning and evening.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing views and spacious room/ clean room. Breakfast was delicious and pool area was great. Staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

Esperas Hotel vanquished all my expectations since the very moment I stepped in the island.

It was the must beautiful hotel and the staff was warm and welcoming. Would never stay anywhere else in Santorini.

Super moment en amoureux, hôtel pas évident à trouver et inaccessible en voiture, mais on comprend pourquoi une fois arrivée sur place. (Ne perdez pas de temps à chercher , appelez directement l’hôtel quand vous êtes à côté, ils viennent vous chercher).Meilleur endroit d’Oia pour le coucher de soleil. Oia est magnifique, propre et les ruelles super jolies avec beaucoup de petits commerces . Endroit le plus beau de l’île. Le petit déjeuner délicieux que vous choisissez la veille. Seul petit bémol: le prix pour le petit déjeuner en chambre de 20 euros alors que nous étions à proximité des cuisines. Si vous avez des enfants en bas âges, je déconseille comme pour la plupart des hôtels car beaucoup d’escalier. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel avec le personnel à l’écoute et très sympa!

객실은 매우 깨끗하고, 좋은 향기가 났습니다. 그리고 모든 스텝이 굉장히 친절하고 다정했습니다. 위치는 말할 것 없이 환상적이었고, 무엇보다 호텔 내 Ombra 라는 레스토랑의 립아이 스테이크 맛이 아주 일품이었습니다! 첫날 먹었던 스테이크에 반해서 다음 날도 주문했을 정도였습니다:D 저녁식사를 룸서비스로 주문하고 객실 발코니에서 일몰을 감상하면서 먹었던 스테이크와 와인을 잊을 수 없습니다. 산토리니에 온다면 이 호텔을 적극추천합니다!!

Esperas was a great experience - great staff, food, and the view is amazing!

I arranged my entire trip around being able to stay at this property. I also saved it for the end of my vacation. I was surprised to find my room had used dirty dishes and it made me wonder what else was not really cleaned. I did report this to the front desk and after having the restaurant bring clean coffee cups I mentioned that the maid would not need to come by. The next morning bright and early I could see her coming to my room while I was eating breakfast. She was annoyed that I had the do not disturb on my door. She came back again while I was resting in bed so I told the front desk again that my room did not need to be serviced. Then as I am standing in the shower, she comes back a third time. Up until this, I had a good level of communication with the front desk, so not sure for the new disconnect. I also got very sick after the first night and I suspected it was from the air conditioner. I overhead a few other guests at breakfast mention the same thing. I ended up having to turn off the air while in the room and to sleep with the windows wide open which left me a little concerned. Only upsetting for spending so much money to stay there. That being said, the breakfast and the staff there were great. The views were incredible. They have staff that will help with baggage and they will arrange shuttle service for a fee.
