Takk for et fint opphold. For at vi hadde skåret oppholdet enda bedre kunne mannen min trengt tyngre manualer i treningsrommet og aircondition i treningsrommet. Det vil være fint med noen musikk pauser ved bassenget, og mer smoothie og smoothie bowls med fersk frukt og grønnsaker/ sunne alternativer. Veldig godt utvalgs mat med flere spisesteder. Dårlig kultur for håndklær som reserverer alle solstoler lenge før vi står opp. Kl 8 var det nesten alt opptatt.

The room had quite old furniture(older part of the hotel), and there were no additional toiletries provided (just soap). The food was okay with plenty of choices, but it was often cold. The coffee was also disappointing. The juice was good in two of the restaurants (100% from a carton), but the juice in the main restaurant and the pool bar was of very poor quality.The hotel is very family-oriented and has potential, thanks to its friendly staff and excellent animation team. Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was the cockroaches. I found one at night, so the next day (our last), we informed reception. We received an apology, and they proposed to either change our room or clean it. We decided to stay, and the room was cleaned. However, on our final night, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night after another huge cockroach, around 5 cm long, ran across the entire room. For the price we paid, we expected better quality.

Alles war bestens. Das Essen hätte besser sein können, wsr aber nicht schlecht. Lediglich öfters kalt. Durch die grösse des Buffets gab es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Söfte zum Frühstück waren eher durchschnitt (Konzentrat mit Wasser). Zimmer war Top, Anlage, Strand und Zustand ebenfalls. Die LiegenreservTion war mühsam und für uns ungewohnt. Hat man es nicht gemacht fand man auf der Anlage nach 09:00 Uhr keine freie Liegen mehr. Dafür gab es am Stramd genügend freie Liegen.

Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard.

My room had several serious problems during my stay: a broken shower, a broken toilet seat, a broken soap dispenser, and ants throughout the room. These aren’t minor issues — the shower and the pest problem affected basic use of the rooms.

Hello , We had come to a honeymoon at your hotel. 5 day. Room 438 Mr.Peretz I had inform in advance about our honeymoon and my food preference is VEGAN. From the reception in our check in I made sure that they now about my Vegan preference and they said it all set up. They sent me to the crew to speak with them and I did. I must say , all the crew all of them are extraordinary. They really tried their best to help me. But in the end I ate just lettuce , tomato and cucumber for the whole vacation! It’s was horrible. Must mention they had me eat cheese after the chef told them it was vegan. I had a terrible experience about it. We will jump forward to our last day. I have requested Mr. Opstolos to speak with the hotel manager. He arranged a meeting with Mr.allisi. After telling the hotel manager all the story , he was super rude. Literally wasting my time 25min for nothing. He heard what I had to say and in generally just told me “ he ain’t going to do nothing about it , or will compensation us in any way. I told him we paid around 1500€ for this vacation and had nothing to eat. I’m feeling Very unhappy about all Mr. Alliasi behaviour, and the most about not taking responsibility about your gust experience and wellbeing. I truly would not recommend anyone who is vegan to go to this hotel no matter what. And to feel I was the first ever seen vegan in this hotel was much worse experience. Väldigt bra mat. Alltid någon solstol ledig. Direkt på stranden

L'hôtel est très confortable, la nourriture des restaurants est variée et bonne. Les piscines sont pratiques pour les enfants et la plage est facilement accessible. Le seul petit bémol est l'absence de transats dispo au bord de la piscine a cause des "réservations' mais nous nous sommes rabattus sur ceux de la plage. Le wifi n'est pas ultra performant mais il a le mérite d'exister. Nous conseillons d'effectuer le trajet jusqu'à la ville de Rhodes par bateau, beaucoup plus sympa que le bus, pour 18 euros AR.

Pros: -Mini Kids Camp Staff was amazing! 3x a day they take your kids and ours had a blast. Best part of the resort were those staff members! Big shout-out! -Lots of beach chairs/ pool chairs, pools for kids and adults. Waterslide was fun! -Food available all day, pretty decent but not world class. -Complimentary drinks in room/ storage in room. -Nearby car rental & great prices -Convenient store on premise -Price Cons: -Watered down drinks -Other guests (without kids) were less friendly towards children (outside the control of the hotel) -It takes multiple elevators to access many rooms Conclusion: -We will absolutely stay here again, for families with children, it's hard to imagine a better spot in Rhodes.

The hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was so friendly. The newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were very good. The pool area and the beach were pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely come again. We would have liked a sea view, but unfortunately that was not possible.

Our stay was amazing , IS perfect to go with kids

Sehr schönes Familienhotel, mit 2 Pools, einem Kleinkind Pool und Rutschen. Hervorheben möchte ich das Essen.Das war wirklich sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Aber auch sehr viel regionale Küche, weswegen ich zumindest auch nach Griechenland geflogen bin. Die Nachtische auch wirklich wunderbar. Die Getränke waren eher so lala. Zuckersüß, da mir mit Sirupen gearbeitet wird. Das Bier war ok, aber wahrscheinlich gestreckt. Wein gut. Zimmer waren ok, aber wir wurden in der 2.Etage jeden Abend dermaßen von Mücken zerstochen, da wir an Schlaf kaum denken konnten. Das war wirklich nicht schön. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern würden hier helfen. Aber alles in allem war es für uns ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub, mit vielen Erlebnissen und schönen Erinnerungen.

Fint og rent hotel med nyrestaurerede værelser og masser af solvogne. Stort og varieret madudvalg i restauranten og gode sportsaktiviteter. Godt udvalg af drikkevarer og mange spændende desserter samt snacks og is til børnene. Fin placering ned til Faliraki strand og kort afstand til Rhodos by.

Cet hôtel etait vraiment excellent. La nourriture et les services etaient de hautes qualités. Les chambres etaient propres. Le personnel toujours a l'écoute meme si personne ne parle le français. L'extérieur était tres jolie et propre. Les jeux extérieurs pour les enfants etaient vraiment bien avec des animateurs au top. Juste un petit bémol sur les desserts, trop de pâtisserie, pas yaourt n'y de salade fruit frais.
