Great place

Very nice hotel, our room had a wonderful sea view. The air con could have been more powerful, but otherwise everything was very good.

Am ersten Tag ein falsches Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit Meerblick) bekommen, am zweiten Tag konnten wir aber wechseln (in das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Doppelzimmer war top-modern und echt schön, das Familienzimmer hingegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen hat uns (abgesehen vom Dessert) nicht sonderlich überzeugt. Insbesondere die vegetarischen Optionen waren sehr begrenzt und nicht gut ausgeschildert. Man merkt, dass das Hotel sehr auf Familienfreundlichkeit spezialisiert ist. Als Familie könnte ich mir vorstellen, erneut herzukommen. Als Paar eher nicht.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel and entertainment was absolutely brilliant, the all inclusive food was really good at lunch and dinner times. The drinks were lovely. Only a few issues for example we first recieved a 'family room with partial sea view' when we booked a sea view room and wasnt informed of this when checking in, it took two days for the room to become avaliable, why i dont know because we had booked it so they clearly over booked! Eventually we got the room we had booked! The second issue we had was laundry, we sent a hoodie off for cleaning in the bag with the paper inside, we had to stop house keeping from throwing it with the rubbish, the next day recieved a note to see reception, they told us we hadnt given the paper with the laundry, which we did, the next day after that, the laundry came back with the same piece of paper we sent with it stapled to it, so we had sent it!!! And with the same stains on the jumper it was sent with so it had not even been washed! Apart from these issues we had a lovely stay and these issues would not stop us returning in the future!

Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, das laut Beschreibung modern sein sollte. Was ich erhielt, erinnerte von außen eher an ein Motel und von innen an ein Studentenheim aus den 70ern. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht in dem Zustand, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde: Der Boden war mit Sand bedeckt, das Bad wies Haare und Flecken auf. Eine Reinigung wurde zwar nach meiner Nachfrage teilweise durchgeführt, allerdings beschränkte sich das Ergebnis auf den Boden – das Badezimmer blieb unverändert. Auch Duschgel war zunächst nicht vorhanden und wurde erst am dritten Tag nachgefüllt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster führte direkt auf den Parkplatz. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zerkratzte Tische, Sofas, die entweder schmutzig, klebrig oder komplett abgenutzt wirken, bestätigen diesen Eindruck. Der Hauptspeisesaal ist groß, aber die Atmosphäre erinnert eher an eine Kantine oder ein Seniorenheim. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist zwar reichhaltig, jedoch war der Großteil eher kalt als warm. Im zweiten, moderneren Speisesaal ist die Auswahl zwar kleiner, aber dafür ansprechender. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gepflegten Außenanlagen mit viel Platz sowie die regelmäßig überprüfte Wasserqualität der Pools. Zum Service: An der Rezeption hatte ich leider den Eindruck, dass die Kommunikation erschwert ist – sowohl sprachlich als auch in Bezug auf Freundlichkeit und Problemlösung. Teilweise fühlte man sich nicht ernst genommen.

Un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel familial. Nous étions avec deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans, et tout est pensé autour des familles ce qui était ce que nous recherchions. Les plus: - chambre confortable et moderne (familiale premium, dans la partie rénovée) - nourriture variée et bonne - petit déjeuner superbe - personnel aimable et attentif - emplacement intéressant du point de vue des départs de bus et de bateaux pour diverses excursions - hôtel familial avec ce qu’il faut pour amuser les jeunes enfants Les moins: - nous avons vite ressenti la très grosse fréquentation en août - un seul gros restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Ce restaurant ressemblait à une ruche aux heures de repas, ce qui est un peu stressant. Alternative du food hall le soir testée mais moins de choix, et aucun laitage ni fruits pour le dessert. De plus, il y a une télé qui diffuse des dessins animés, ce qui n’est pas génial pour les parents qui souhaitent éviter les écrans (peu nombreux cela dit!). - l’exposition étant ouest, tout est à l’ombre en fin de journée donc quand on a un enfant qui sieste, il ne reste parfois que peu de temps pour profiter de la piscine avant l’ombre. -piscine pour tout petits qui manque un peu d’installations - la vue « jardin » de notre chambre s’est révélée être une vue sur le parking et sur la route très passante. - peu de choix de légumes chauds, souvent un seul par repas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. As I travelled on my own, it was more suited for families with young children.

Such an amazing stay for our family!!! The staff members always served with a big smile, and the food was absolutely amazing!! We had such a great time at the resort!!!

We had a fantastic modern room overlooking the sea. Extremely comfortable and spacious. The selection of food was excellent. The animation team and activities ie the water slides and pool based activities, were also a highlight. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for example, on our last day we were told that our all inclusive package continued until we left for the airport and a shower room was bookable (free of charge) for us to change and get ready for our flight. It was a bit annoying that guests were able to reserve sunbeds around the pool from very early in the morning, the policy of lifeguards removing towels if noticed was not enforced. Overall as a family of 4, we all loved our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing, highly recommend

Sehr schöne Anlage, leider sind um 7 Uhr morgen fast alle Liegen besetzt obwohl niemand auf dem Platz ist. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls schön nur leider iat die Türe ziemlich undicht sodass man alles vom Gang hört. Essen ist gut und Abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Familienurlaub

Oke, but very old hotel. Good beach drinks and service, but very dirty room.

The property is excellent for familes with kids. Rooms are also pretty good, neat and clean.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Essen bei großer Auswahl und große Auswahl bei den Getränken. Sehr viele Cocktails im AI enthalten. Direkt am Strand mit reichlich Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Herrliches kristallklares Meer. Einzig die Spiegeleier zum Frühstück waren nicht so toll, leider nicht frisch gebraten sondern in Boxen vorbereitet. Es ist ein Familien Resort, sehr viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Dadurch im Speisesaal sehr laut.

Great place to combine exercise and easy living. Food was diverse and very tasteful. Gym ok. Excellent value for money spent.

The rooms smelled bad.

Pools, entertainment and staff were excellent. Watersides and carousel were great. Drinks undrinkable and food was VERY repetitive but available constantly. Never had to worry about our children going hungry or being board.
