Acceuil souriant, professionnel Chambre de bonne taille,claire. Literie kingsize de haute qualité Petit bémol.... le réfrigérateur est très bruyant et la télévision n'est pas regardable (problème de réception)

Προσβάσιμο από το λιμάνι με τα πόδια, σε ήσυχο δρόμο, επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό, με γρήγορο wi-fi, καθημερινή καθαριότητα και πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, σούπερ μάρκετ, ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου και στην Παναγία της Τήνου. Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο, καθαρό, με μεγάλο κρεβάτι και με θέα τον οβελίσκο της Τήνου και τη θάλασσα. Ενδιαφέρουσα κι ευχάριστη επιλογή τα είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής που ήταν οικολογικά κι ανακυκλώσιμα. Επίσης, πολύ value for money. Σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

Good location for me, port is walking distance with lots of restaurants etc. Ok for budget hotel. I had asked to have the shower mold cleaned properly and there was not much of an attempt made to clean it. I would have paid more to move to the new part of the hotel next door but the only room available was right next to the pool and a bit noisy for me.

The room was not what we expected. We were in a non renovated room. It was outdated, furniture was old and looked like it was from the 70s and the shower was dirty with mold. We complained about the room and the woman at the front desk said that if we didn’t want to stay then we could get our money back, she reluctantly offered us a new room which was better and we accepted it, since we were only staying one night and it was slightly better. The hallway floor was dirty and the pool was cloudy and dirty. The breakfast area was clean and food options were decent. Location was great near the harbor and lots of restaurant/shops nearby but parking was only on the street and difficult to find.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cet hôtel pourtant actuellement bien classé. Nous avions envoyé un email afin de savoir s’il fallait réserver un taxi. N’ayant pas de réponse nous relançons. Cette fois nous recevons une réponse. A notre arrivée à l’hôtel, nous sommes face à un bâtiment composé d’une ancienne et d’une nouvelle aile…fermées. Il y a un papier avec quelques explications en grec avec 2 numéros de portable. Nous les appelons sans succès (boite vocale en grec). Rien de signalisé, aucune explication en anglais pour trouver la réception. Nous montons un escalier qui mène à la piscine (au 1er étage) et trouvons enfin la Réception.Cette personne sera notre seule interlocutrice pendant tout le séjour procède au check-in. L’accueil est sommaire et froid. Peu d’explications, pas un verre d’eau ou de bienvenue. L’arrivée dans la chambre réservée (Executive) nous laisse sans voix : chambre banale, vue sur des immeubles défraichis, petit coffre dans la chambre mais non fixé… Petits-déjeuners très basiques (le mot est faible) uniquement servis en chambre et préparés par un prestataire externe. Après réclamation, nous avons eu droit à un petit-déjeuner plus qualitatif. Service minimum : une personne présente de 9h à 22 h (pas de réception ou de gardien la nuit ; il vaut mieux ne pas oublier la clé un soir) et une femme de chambre. On sent un certain flottement dans l’organisation. Piscine pas très propre. Avantages : emplacement et parking.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice location.
