tortuous drive to hotel but worth it for the views. cool shady parking in the pine trees and a steep walk to reception. quick cheerful efficient check in with everything explained in detail and excellent English. modern lift to upper floor with sea view room giving panoramic views. adequate balcony with table & two chairs plus modern compact washing line.,big fridge, clean tidy bathroom & efficient A/C. well priced drinks and snacks at the pool with plenty of loungers. dinner buffet was exceptional but breakfast a tad disappointing. thoroughly recommended

Attention, la piscine ferme à 19h30 chaque soir et l'hôtel diffuse de la musique jusqu'à minimum 23h. Accueil RAS, petit déjeuner varié. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Bel hotel situé sur la colline avec 1 belle vue sur la mer. Possibilité de manger en terrasse et profiter de la vue. Accès un peu sportif si on remonte du centre ville à pied. Ch 102 légèrement bruyante avec les passages mais supportable. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute

L'hôtel est très bien rien à dire le gens d l'accueil au top après une petite déception pour la femme de chambre qui au début du séjour faisait notre lit et par la suite nous déposait les draps sur le lit c'était à nous de le faire. Pour la situation vous pouvez aller dans la vieille ville et et la nouvelle sans soucis, pour le retour on se fait les jambes 😁

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes 3 Sterne Hotel. Ausstattung und Essen besser als 3 Sterne. Gemütlich, freundlich, landestypisch und einfach familiär wirkend. Immer ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Einfach rundum zufrieden und glücklich gewesen.

Das Hotel ist mit seiner Lage über Stadt besonders. Zimmer, Frühstück, Pool sind für den Preis angemessen. Bei der Buchung mit Stadt-/Meerblick ist es auch ein seitlicher Blick gemeint. Die Aussicht ist schön aber nicht mit den Bildern vergleichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Ausstattung ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand.

The property was strange. It had all female staff during the morning and all male staff in the evening. There was one tall male staff at the bar who was vile. He was prejudice and rude. He ruined our holiday and should not be working there

It was a lovely hotel perched on a hill, we stayed at a junior suite that was 2 levels and clean. Our only complaints were that we could not get wireless service in our room even though we were informed that it was available. Had to go to the next building over to get service. One other quirk is that breakfast came with the room if you were in the main building but was not included in the separate suite buildings.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette hôtel sur les hauteurs de la ville de Rethymnon. Très bien situé en 15min à pied vous serez en ville grâce au chemin reliant l’hôtel au centre. Hôtel est propre et rénové. Seul petit bémol un problème isolation au niveau de la porte de la chambre, on entendait beaucoup les passages et la réception.
