黄金海滩酒店

Die Möbel und die Sanitärenanlagen sind sehr abgekommen, der Zustand lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Keine Ablageflächen vorhanden, vorallem nicht im Bad. Die Duschkabine ist so schmal, dass sogar ein schmaler Mensch keine Möglichkeit sich innerhalb der Duschkabine sich zu bewegen. Die Zimmer sind so winzig, dass man nicht einmal Platz hat, den Koffer zu öffnen. Insgesamt ist die Hotelanlahe sehr herunter gekommen und keine 4 Sterne wert. Die Lage jedoch ist perfekt, man hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Cet hotel etait genial, personnel au petit soin et super gentils. Menage tout les jours. La nourriture etait excellente. Je recommande fortement

Strange rules

It says they have a beach which is true but you have to pay 7.5 € each day for the chair and 2 € for the towel daily.. the sea view balcony is two small and the air conditioned unit is on the balcony as well .. they change the towel in the room each two days which is my first time I face something like that … the rent of the room doesn’t worth the facilities… the location of the hotel is great …

wir hatten ein kleines zimmer, seifenspender für shampoo und für die seife beim lavabo sond fast heruntergefallen, duschbrause nicht in gutem zustand. kühler auf dem balkon vertostet.

Upon arrival at (close to midnight), we were rudely informed we must provide a voucher for our booking - we were not able to provide a voucher as Expedia provided no such thing. The receptionist said we can have the room for the night whilst they investigate our booking and that we will be visited in our room the next morning as a follow up to this (no such follow up ever came). The next morning we prepared to go to the large outdoor pool advertised for the hotel when we booked it - we were incredibly aggrieved to find this pool no longer existed. The land to the pool had been sold off to make room for some apartments and in its place only a very small rooftop pool was available (this had 30 sun loungers for our hotel and the sister hotel, Evelyn Beach, which each had hundreds of guests). The only alternative to this was the hotel's beach, which carried an €8 per day charge (this was also not made clear when the booking was made). As the rooftop pool was so small, and as there were so many guests trying to use it, we were unable to make use of the pool once - everyone that did had to be there from 9am until the end of the day and could not leave the poolside for fear their towels were removed. This meant we spent €80 over our ten day trip on the beach; an expense we had not planned for.

Helt ok Lite halv långsam service vid middagen med drickat. Men i helhet ok!!

Das Essen waren sehr gut, die Service waren sehr nett.

I certainly didn't like having to pay to use the safe in my room - which also included a key I had to carry around like it was 1985...

The location was perfect and the restaurant staff was very nice, delightful and helpful as well as the whole hotel staff. Everyone said hello and were very nice to us. We also got a room with a busy street view which was very nice - we had an opportunity to check the street life from the balcony when the kids were sleeping, even we had to stay at the room in such an early time. Also it was nice to have the room shared into two spaces, still without doors. The cleaner workers were very flexible and smily. We would like to say thank you and greetings to the whole staff!

We had a wonderful 14 day stay The hotel is in a good location Food were amazing every day Friendly staff Eva the waitress was the best, and so kind. Clean rooms 100% happy
