Mooi familie hotel

The hotel is well located with restaurants and beach right near. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant manager, Dimitros, gave us a best choice of the fish restaurants in Lagade, where we enjoyed a lot the local food. Rooms are outdated and should be renovated, but it didn't affect our great stay at this hotel. By my opinion, if you are going to Chios, it is the best option to stay due the beach and pool. The breakfast/dinner/supper has a lot to choose from and the service is highly rated. Overall, we had a good time and will return to this property if will be back to Chios.

I liked the location and the staff. I would have given 5 stars but the rooms need the furniture updating and I didn’t like the bathroom, it is old and needs also updating desperately.

The staff are great, but it looks and feels like the owners have not spent a cent on it since it was built in the 70’s. So, it is tired. There’s nothing wrong with it - it is clean, staff are friendly and efficient, but it is not up to modern standards.

Temizlik kötü değil aslında. Sadece tadilat anlamında rötuş ihtiyacı var. Temizlik o yüzden görünmüyor. Mesela küvet kaldırılmalı, perdeli olunca temizlik belli olmuyor. Genel anlamda çok beğendim. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanları daha ilgili olması gerekiyor. Ben kendim de hizmet sektörü yöneticiliği yaptığım için algı da seçiciliğim fazlaydı belki😊 Kahvaltı da açık büfe düzeni daha şık olmasını tavsiye ederim. Bunun için para gerekmez, ufak dokunuşlara ihtiyaç var. Masa düzeni daha düzenli olmalı ufak dokunuşlarla ve değişikliklerle.

The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the beautiful beach was the perfect place to relax. The property was clean. While we would have appreciated more sunbeds, our overall experience was excellent.

Location is very good at sea side. Beach and sea very good but Hotel is very old and neglected.

Kaldığımız oda çok eskiydi, kapılar kapanmıyordu. Banyo çok eskiydi.

Hemen önünden kalkan otobüslerle merkeze çok rahat ulaşıyorsunuz. Taksi kullanırsanız 14-15 Euro tutuyor. Deniz sığı ve kum, çocuklu aileler için harika. Kahvaltısı güzel çeşitli. Çok fazla Türk misafiri olduğundan çay demlenirse çok güzel olur. Otel eski yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Banyodaki duş perdeleri, musluk, duş çok eski ve bakımsız. Havuzun temizliğine dikkat edilmesi gerekir.

This was our third time at this hotel. The rooms and plumbing could use some updating. Has parking but if the hotel hosts private events which happens often parking is definitely a problem!

Otele vardığımızda bize çok kötü bir oda verdiler, çift kişilik yatak istemiş olmama rağmen iki tek yataklı oda idi. En önemlisi oda çok kötü ve ağır kokuyordu, yatakların karyolaları, pencereler dolaplar çok ama çok eski idi, kokunun sebebi de buydu. Sonra odamızı değiştirdiler ama yine çift kişilik yataklı oda değüldi, orada 1 gün kaldık sonraki günler için odamız yine değişti. Plajda şemsiye çok yetersiz, şezlonglar çok eski. Otel temiz ama çok eski, malzemeler yenilenmemiş. Kahvaltı yeterli idi. Personel iyiydi. Konumu merkeze biraz uzak

Clean, big, and very nice for the amount you pay per night

Great hotel with a pool and beach in close proximity.

It was very European. Not the same as American, but we were in Europe to be in Europe, not to be in the US. The food was amazing, we had to wait for food, but when it came, it was consistently worth the wait. We would return to Golden Sands Hotel.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit to Golden Sands Hotel. Beginning with the excellent staff communications, and their personal welcome, and continuing with the room accomodations, and the pool overlooking the beach. I was there for a wedding party, and I was very happy with my hotel choice. As a solo "senior" woman, it is important to me to feel safe, to know that someone cares about my comfort and well-being. This is all true at the Golden Sands Hotel. I recommend it highly and can't wait to visit again!

Otel şehir merkezine uzak bir konumda. Havuz ve plajının olması güzel. Kahvaltı güzeldi ama akşam yemeğinde çeşit azdı. Odalar temizdi.
