这间五星级酒店只能用“牛叉”二字形容。孤零零地坐落在大山里的半山坡上，所有设施完全一流，是本次18天希腊行逛遍希腊10余座城市里唯一符合中国五星级标准的高品质酒店。由于位置突兀，周边环境完全在大山里，到达非常成问题！我们一家是晚上九点前通过Hotels订的Grand Forest Metsovo酒店，结果约20余公里的路程自驾寻找花了约三小时，从高速下的口没有酒店路牌，误入一车道碎石无灯小路爬山差点迷路，倒回小村庄三回问路，才于夜里12时多最终找到酒店，且一路上大山都是碎石路，感觉危险加艰险。早上天亮，“哇”风景震慑人心！总之，这一酒店很棒，体现了“历经艰险方见彩虹”的意境。勇敢者可以感受的好酒店。

Beautiful location, extremely peaceful and quiet and very close to nature plus with outstanding views of the town of Metsovo across the valley. The room was large and well maintained, with a lovely private verandah with views over the valley. Breakfast was an excellent buffet spread with a good range of freshly squeezed juices, local foods and international options. The yoghurt, local honey and nuts were terrific. The infinity pool was a delight after hot days out hiking or walking around.

- The initial room was smelling bad. Lucky us they moved to another room after our complaint - King size bed is definitely not king size. My friend couldn't fit it in the bed. - I forgot some stuff at the hotel and I called them to arrange to be sent to me. They promised to call me back and I had to call back from Monday on again and telling me that they will send it asap. When I didn't hear from them on Friday I called back to inform me what's the status and they promised to communicate via email the tracking code and the amount i should pay for the delivery. They didn't communicate anything. I would expect this service from a 2-3 stars hotel, but 5 absolutely not.

Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour sa position stratégique entre les Météores et les gorges de Vikos et nous n’avons pas été déçu. Propreté irréprochable, calme tranquillité. Service impeccable et très agréable. Un véritable petit havre de paix et de calme. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Si nous devions y trouver des points négatifs, ce serait l’eau de la piscine légèrement froide et l’absence complète d’activités à pied (hors randonnée). En effet le Village de Metsovo est à 15 minutes en voiture. Le prix à payer pour profiter d’un silence presque absolu et d’une vue imprenable. N’hésitez pas à aller visiter le pittoresques village de Metsovo et pourquoi pas manger dans ce véritable petit morceau de Suisse perdu en Grèce .

Beautiful Hotel. Nice view. Very good food. Maybe a little small wine collection but still have good wines.

The decor is very nice. The rooms are beautiful. The food menu isn’t as rich as I would expect.

Aussicht, Lage, Gemütlichkeit, pools und das Frühstück

Beautiful place, great for hiking URSA trail. Nice spa but jacuzzi water not warm enough..great food in the restaurant.

Malheureusement deux jours de pluie et d’orage, mais je n’ai que mieux profité de l’hôtel et de ses équipements. Petite route montant directement de la sortie de l’autoroute, c’est bien indiqué. Il y a des ours dans La région, et surtout des chiens gardiens de troupeau qui peuvent être agressifs. A la base j’aurai aimé me promener dans la forêt autour, aucun regret à cause de la pluie mais je me suis rendu compte que de toute façon ça n’aurait pas été possible. Le cadre ceci dit (forêt et pâturages) est splendide. La zone réception / bar est équipée d’une magnifique cheminée, l’accueil est personnalisé et souriant, on nous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre en discutant et expliquant l’hôtel. La chambre est très jolie, magnifique tapis en son milieu, un peu sombre au niveau des boiseries. Équipement parfait, literie très confortable; pour ma part pas de réelle vue sur Metsovo de l’autre côté de la vallée, mais juste sur le toit de la lignée de chambres devant. En fait essayez d’éviter les chambres 505-510, ce sont les seules qui n’ont pas de réelle vue. Splendide piscine extérieur, et spa avec piscine intérieure. J’ai pu profiter d’un massage qui était très professionnel et agréable. Avant le massage le jacuzzi était gratuit (mais payant pour les autres). Repas du soir vraiment très bon, et pas cher (par rapport au standing). Produits locaux mis à l’honneur, bravo. Petit déjeuner dans la lignée; j’ai beaucoup apprécié le choix de fromages locaux. Tout ceci à un prix plutôt doux.

Όλα υπέροχα απλά θα ήθελα να υπάρχει και κλιματισμός ψύξης .. τα μεσημέρια ήταν ιδιαιτέρως θερμα !

Great location over looking Metsovo , our room had a great view of the village . The breakfast was very good . The kids could not enjoy the indoor pool due to restrictions . Can improve stuff service lever especially for a five star hotel.

It was the best stay in all my life. The host was very pleasure, the view - amazing! Breacfast was exelent.
