it is near to the metro station and the port too. good price, and there is a tele shop near the hotel, you can grad a data card there if you needed one.

I strongly not recommend this hotel, when I arrived the counter show me the wrong English booking name, and think I am not the one who book this room, keeps asking me to show my booking price in EU dollars, even I show him my printed payment, he didn't allow me to get in and yell me. But finally his co-staff misspelled my name and the counter didn't apologize me. Very sucks experience for my first day in Greece

We were going as a group of 8 people, and were given a room of 6 and 2 respectively. The room for 6 contained 2 single bunk bed and a double bed. Room was fairly clean with acceptable size at this price. Location was good, near the Piraeus pier. Both rooms were well air-conditioned.

After reading the other reviews, I was a bit worried about my stay. But, as I just needed a good sleep after a long ferry ride, and an early morning flight, this place was fine. It was an ideal location for catching the metro to the airport and for arriving late from the ferry. Sheets were clean, shower had great pressure, the staff person was helpful and stayed at the front desk all night. It was just what I needed for a quick one night stay.

We stayed at Ion Hotel for one night before our cruise and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute walk from the metro with a direct connection from the airport. The hotel is clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. If you’re heading to cruise terminal B or C, as we were, I recommend taking an Uber. One tip: bring an adapter, since the room only has European plugs and no USB ports. Nothing fancy, but just what you need for a night.

L’hôtel est bien situé, mais ce n’est pas très propre. Les draps étaient tachés à notre arrivée.

I was there for one night to catch and early ferry. It got the job done and the guys working the front desk were nice.

I stayed here for 1 night to have a place before our cruise that left the next day. When we got there the female who checked us in was very kind and warming with her greeting. Unfortunately the stay only got worse from that moment on. Not only did our entire room and bathroom smell like an ash tray, the air conditioning unit did not work at all. Also we were woken up at around 3 in the morning to the male who was working the overnight shift talking, laughing, and yelling at what seemed to be the top of his lungs to his friends for about 45 minutes straight. Could not sleep through that noise, plus the added heat in the room due to no air conditioning working, and the smell of week old ash tray filling the room. At one point we even contemplated just going straight to the dock and just sleeping in the transfer area. This was by the far the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had and will never recommend anyone to stay here again.
