Odamız neredeyse yer altında idi Değiştirme çabalarımız yer olmadığını söyleyerek yerine getirmediler. Kahvaltı tatminkar, ancak 3 gün boyunca meyva yoktu.

Otelin konumu güzel. Ücretsiz otopark imkanı var. Odamız deniz manzaralıydı. Manzara çok güzeldi ve oda ferahtı. Ancak kaldığımız oda çok eskiydi. Biz 4. Katta kaldık ve kaldığımız kattaki odalar yenilenmemişti. Oteldeki odaların bir kısmı yenilenmiş bir kısmı ise eski. Odamızın balkon kapısı kapanmıyordu. Ama hava cam açık yatmaya uygun olduğu için sorun etmedik. Yemekler ise yeterli düzeydeydi çeşit ve lezzet anlamında.

Leider war unser Zimmer 472 auf die Straße ausgerichtet, daher war es laut. Die Zimmer sind veraltet. Eine Renovierung würde nicht schaden. Das Essen ist gut, die Auswahl ist ausreichend. Der Pool sowie der Liegebereich ist eher klein und meist voll besetzt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war jedoch sehr gut.

Det var inte bra. Hissar samt våg på baggage fungerade inte. Vi bodde på fjärde våning vilket tog vi trapporna på 31 grader värme. Utanför på hotell var inte så många bekvämheter vilket gjorde att vi körde bil minst 1 timme för att hittta någorät roligt att göra. Sängramen var metal som jag slog mig på den flera gånger och skadade mig. Frukost var okej. Badpoolen var liten men roligt att bada. Vi haft 1 veckan semester med mycket körning vilket blev vi trötta. Jag skulle rekomendera att boka hotell i Vourvourou eller nära Thessaloniki.

Great hotel with good food, nice rooms and nice pool. I recommend all inclusive for drinks at the pool. The barman is nice and makes drinks to order (strong, weak, sweet). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They are cleaned daily. Beware that only about half the rooms are renovated. Check the pictures before booking. You will get a room from the picture. The hotel is honest. There are plenty of activities for adults but not so much for children. They have an awesome Greek night. The staff is a bit cold. They aren't rude but they don't try to remember you either. There is a lot of young staff working the summer holiday. The only staff who scared me was the manager or owner older lady. She doesn't talk much but gives dirty looks for kids being loud and childish. Other than her, the rest of the staff is OK. The pool is clean and good size with a lifeguard. The rules are enforced with no jumping or playing around the pool. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back.

Das Hotel ist super und die Angestellten super lieb und sehr familiär. Der Service war toll und die Zimmer sauber.

Had the worst experience in staying in this hotel. My family and I booked a family sea view room. To our disappointment the sea was in front of us for sure, but there was a building in between! The room was the dirtiest room i have ever seen. Full of hair and dust. The towels and sheets were full of stains. AC was also very old and sounded a lot. After i turned it off it started leaking so much water i had to wipe it off the floor. The beds were some old rusty beds that were for sure at least 30 years old. We were so disgusted that we left after one night. Some common areas were renovated and looked nice but when rain came the main common area was leaking and they had a bucket and some towels on the floor. Pool area seemed awfully small for such big hotel. All and all worst place i have ever stayed. It was less decent than a rooms to let place 30 years ago and DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star hotel. Am Anfang gab es schon eine Enttäuschung, weil die Dame an der Rezeption eine Familie vor uns mit den gleichen Familiennamen verwechselte. Als sie dies bemerkte änderte sie alles ausser das Zimmer. Ich bestand drauf mein gebuchtes Zimmer zubekommen und es wurde versprochen, das wir es in zwei Tagen bekommen als es so weit war meldete ich mich wieder und es hiess auf einmal sie sind voll ausgebucht. Sauberkeit ist ok jeden zweiten Tag wird alles ausgewechselt im Hotel ist es auch überall sauber ausser das Geschirr trifft man auf nicht gut saubere Teller das liegt aber sicher wegen dem Geschirrspüler. Das Essen ist sehr lecker jeden Tag gibt es eine andere Fisch und Fleisch Art. Der Animateur ist mit der Zeit langweilig jeden Tag das gleiche, gleich Musik, gleiche Bewegung gleich Spiele nichts neues. 2Flaschen Wasser nur am ersten Tag bei allinklusiv.

Overall a good stay.

We had a great stay at the Kriopigi Hotel, the staff was lovely, always helpful and professional. We received a complimentary upgrade as we thought the room we were allocated would be too noisy, thanks again to the front office manager and to Dimitri at the reception. The F&B team was really efficient too, the level of service provided both by the kitchen and the restaurant staff was great (especially considering the measures they had to comply to because of the pandemic). The food was good and the variety was sufficient, we personally would have liked to have more fish but, generally speaking, we appreciated everything that was served and the respect of a traditional Greek cuisine. The barman and barmaids at the pool bar were amazing as well. The only negatives would be the following: - the music by the pool is loud and lasts until almost midnight, i.e. you might find really hard to rest; - the location of the hotel on a busy main road and far from the beach makes it an absolute necessity to have a car; - we had an all inclusive formula and we would like to suggest they opted for better wines! 😊 All in all, we cannot but thank everybody for making our stay so lovely and we wish them all the best for the future!

Sauber höflich gut organisiert

Όλα υπέροχα, πολύ καλό προσωπικό, το φαγητό εξαιρετικό, δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα, θα ξανά μέναμε σίγουρα.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! We got a room upgrade thanks to Dimitris, the reservations' manager Very convenient location near all the hotspots of Halkidiki.

Hotel is not near the beach, they have a shuttle service that goes every hour. Restaurant was far away from our room and it was very hard for old or disabled persons to walk to and for some reason they were locking door to the only shortcut. Room service was not so good, we got clean towels after 3 days and room was full of beach sand, not cleaned well enough. Wifi is terrible, you can hardly check email, definitely not high speed as advertised. All in all not too happy.

Fräscht hotell med havsutsikt dock lite långt till stranden. Hotellet erbjuder gratis buss som tar en till en okay strand men om man har tillgång till bil så finn det mängder av fina stränder i närheten. Service var bra trots att det var fullbokat och maten varierade och var faktiskt ganska bra om man jämför med det vi har ätit på hotellen i Grekland.
