For most of my stay they didn't have heated water...one morning was no water at all

Pros: - New building, new furniture in the room, good air-conditioning. - Cleanliness. - Comfortable bed & pillows. - Relatively quiet. - Most of the staff was very friendly. Cons: - The Wi-Fi/internet connection was very unreliable and working only occasionally. - The shower in the bathroom has no cabin and the water remains stagnant on the floor. - The mini bar was not not connected to the power and cooling was poor. Chocolates in the mini-bar long past their expiration date. - Room was on the ground floor and there was no balcony or any private outdoor space. - Rate too high - low value for money.

Good: - Location is fine, just 1-2 minutes from the beach and aside from the busy and noisy areas - The hotel is brand new (as per 2019) as everything is nice and clean - The staff is friendly and provided everything we requested - The outdoor pool and bar are good - Good value for the price Some not so good experiences: - Right when we arrived all the staff members were occupied with something and we had to wait at the reception for registration - The hotel has no own parking, we were directed to use a free public parking nearby - In the room there was no TV contrary to the information here - The towels are changed once every three days, so if you take a shower every day you better bring your own towels - Most rooms' balconies are directly above the pool & bar and can be a bit noisy if other guests are having fun there; the ground floor rooms patios are literally a few steps from the pool
