Great resort, staff, property and services. Highly recommend if traveling with a family

We had 31 family members here for 1-3 nights and we’ve all enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a family dinner at the Beach Club and it’s was just amazing!! Great food, great service - great memories! The fitness room was a little small for the number of guests but everything else was just fabulous!

Hotellet var perfekt ! Läget och faciliteterna var perfekta . Men städningen var under all kritik Dom Städade våra rum kl 17 :00 i 4 av 6 dagar trots att vi tog upp det med personalen . Tråkigt då vi gillade hotellet 😊

We had a great stay at this hotel, which is perfect if you're looking to relax and unwind. The rooms are ample, the views spectacular, the pools plentiful and the beach, with its bar and restaurant, is a great place to spend the afternoon.

Insgesamt ein sehr positiver Aufenthalt. Das Abendessen bei der Halbpension sollte abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden, es unterscheidet sich kaum. Das Show Cooking müsste täglich viel mehr Speisen zubereiten. Und die Speisen müssten mehr abgewechselt werden.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy life to its fullest. The pools, the spa, the staff, the location and just about everything made this one of the best resorts we have visited. We can't wait to revisit.

Great trip!

In general a very nice hotel. It’s in front of a 4 lane highway which was nosy and we changed room without problems. The sea view therefore was not as nice because it was straight to the road. The room was not to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. But beautiful hotel with nice facilities and special sunset at the beach.

The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open until 11 PM. The only dining option available was a restaurant next to the property, where we encountered cats lurking on our chairs and screeching in the tall grass beside our seats, which were on gravel. When we mentioned these issues to the public relations manager the next day, she informed us that the hotel was at capacity and seemed indifferent to our concerns because we were only staying for one night.

Room was great, the bar and restaurant at the pools were amazing, the only issue we had was at the beach, which still wasn't bad, just seemed more over crowded and understaffed as the rest of the property. Overall it was a great stay and an amazing way to relax and have options for food, pools, or being in the Mediterranean!

Great service, facilities and food. We loved our short stay. We hoped we could had stayed for longer.
