Betten werden gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Bad wird aber nicht richtig geputzt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und langer Fahrtweg ab Athen. Das Buffet bietet oft die selben Gerichte an. Da das Hotel mitten im Wald liegt, sehr viele Mücken. Einige Katzen und Hunde im Hotel, die nicht richtig gefüttert werden.

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. We could not have had a vacation to Greece without the hotel staff. The all inclusive package was amazing and included all of our meals and drinks and alcohol. The staff helped us book transportation to all of the places we traveled throughout Greece, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody in the future. If you’re going to Greece, this is the place to stay.

It was our third time at the property and it was a bit of let down this year. First of all the facilities need attention, one third of pool umbrellas were broken or ripped, some of the tables damaged, cans in the bathrooms broken and unusable etc little things like that. The quality of the food wasn’t the same as last years, not many choices for meats, some trays during lunch/ dinner weren’t replaced fast enough. Breakfast was least satisfactory, very small choice of pastries, though the bread table was amazing. We did enjoy Italian night though. The bar service and choices of drinks were excellent, the staff was pleasant and fast. The rooms were cleaned daily, though 2 mornings in a row we were woken up 8.30am by a cleaning lady knocking on the door. Our family really enjoyed the pool, though sometimes it was hard to get a sun bed. The property generally is so beautiful, a little paradise, the views and landscaping is so beautiful. I hope this place will adjust to the new management and will do better next year.

The bungalow was very comfortable and clean and the pool and beach areas were nice and well maintained. However for a family with a very young child, there were limited play area options (playground), specially not indoors or in an air conditioned area. The food served in the main buffet was not the best quality, and the limited hours to access food made it very challenging for our young son. There was only snacks (bad quality sandwiches and hot dogs) throughout the day, with no access to fresh fruit or vegetables like in previous all inclusive resort we have stayed in. The food served at their a la carte restaurant was significantly better, but there are limited opportunities to book it throughout your stay. The drive to the hotel is also quite long from Athens, and 2/3 of the drive are through very local roads. We had a great time as a family, but we would not be coming back as we are looking for a more child friendly experience.

Décevant : il faut faire la queue 20 mn pour obtenir un café au bar de la plage ou de la piscine. De même au restaurant pour le plat chaud (de plus, nourriture tout à fait quelconque) Il faut se lever à 6 ou 7h du matin pour pouvoir espérer un transat sous un parasol à la piscine ou à la plage, les touristes les réservant même la veille en mettant des serviettes dessus sans aucune intervention de la direction. Les transats de la plage sont vieux et en mauvais état. Le ménage est fait de façon très succincte : marchez pieds nus dans votre chambre et vos plantes des pieds seront noires en quelques minutes. En fait le nombre de transats, de bars et de restaurants est complètement sous dimensionné : 1 seul restaurant et une seule piscine (le restaurant de la plage n'offre qu'une dizaine de tables, sur réservation, 1 seule fois par semaine).

Sejour très agréable. Très bel établissement avec de jolies plages privées. Personnel bienveillant. Un regret, les repas qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles !

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was really good. The rooms were really nice but there was a foul smell if you didn’t keep the window open. The boutique shop was very expensive.

Schöne Anlage die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Garten und Pool sind TOP. Die Zimmer sind OK. Frühstück ist gerade ausreichend die sonstigen Mahlzeiten sind echt schlecht.

Super hôtel avec 1 cadre magnifique, trajet long(2h30-3h en voiture) depuis l'aéroport d'Athènes mais ça vaut le coup. Super cadre avec 1 super piscine à l'eau de mer avec beaucoup de transats disponibles avec serviette fournie sans caution, superbe plage privée, restauration correcte, et super chambre bungalow en pleine nature. Seul point négatif une grosse taxe de séjour, 10 euros par jour pour 2 personnes.

This property is perfect for a relaxing stay away. The staff are all very friendly and during our stay (mid-Sep) there were plenty of sunloungers at the beach and the pool. There is a lovely spa availaible on site. The buffet was fine but i would not say it was 5 star quality. The other restaurant was also closed so there were no other options except to drive or take a taxi into Ermioni (about 10mins away). The all inclusive only had the buffet as an option which was slightly disappointing. The only evening bar, that wasnt the restaurant, was not included in the all inclusive deal, which meangt nobody went there and resulted in there not being a great atmosphere in the evenings. We ended up driving elsewhere, which is not always what you anticipate when go all inclusive. A very relaxing hotel but ensure you have a car to explore the nearby towns of ermioni, galatas, potos and hydra. All worth visiting.

Un séjour très agréable, je remercie NiKOS de m'avoir permis de bénéficier des golf cars du fait de mon entorse de genou faite é jours avant mon arrivée, sans cela vu l'étendu de votre Résort je n'aura rien pu faire même pas me rendre au restaurant. très beau buffet, félicitation au chef pour ces sauces. merci a tous le personnel qui nous a rendu un séjour très agréable.

It is ok if you want to relax

Room was good, facilities great. Food excellent. Location on beach great. Front of desk staff could be improved. They were not particularly helpful or friendly.

This does not feel like a 5* hotel, with very basic rooms and some frustratingly easy things to just get right being ignored. I was with my husband and 3 teenage girls. The evening entertainment was ok but the girls were quite bored. Rooms are perfectly functional and big, but lack any character- bare walls and characterless furniture. There is nothing in the minbar (even though we were all inclusive) and the girls were constantly running out of shampoo and conditioner which was not being topped up. Paying for drinks in the only bar open with any entertainment was unexpected- nothing available as part of all inclusive. Pool is salt water which is a shame, but not the end of the world. Lots of smaller children so pool noisy. Food was unimaginative and same-y and not all coffee machines working in the morning. Juice from machines tastes like squash. On the plus side the staff were generally good and the gardens etc very pretty. Like I said, most of these things are so easy to put right, and have been repeatedly raised as issues on various platforms! Put these right and it will be a good value venue.

On nous indiquait loisirs inclus, (canoe, paddle et autres) or tout est payant.. donc ce n'est du tout inclus. 1 seul restaurant, très décevant, beaucoup de gâchis et très "cantine"...bruyant Pas du tout eco responsable : tout en gobelet en plastique, aucune poubelle de tri ... en conclusion : décevant
