卡纳皮特萨海酒店

Wij waren de laatste week van september in Kanapitsa Mare. Wij vonden het een matig hotel Sfeerloos, dode planten in bloempotten, TV zenders alleen Grieks, diverse lampen in kamers en gangen defect. In een brandslang zat zelfs een scheur, gemeld maar er werd niets aan gedaan. Een lik verf op al het houtwerk van het hotel is niet overbodig. Het hotel heeft 2 liften, 0 naar 3 en 3 naar 6. Daarnaast waren er veel trappen. Ontbijtruimte was kil en sfeerloos. Ontbijt was karig, weinig keuze en werd niet altijd aangevuld. Het hotel sluit op 1 okt, en de dagen vooraf waren er steeds minder etenswaren.(verkeerde zuinigheid en slechte service naar de gasten). Het hotel heeft een goede ligging, op kleine loopafstand is een bushalte en een taxiboot naar de stad. Het is een rustige omgeving. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met mooi zeezicht en een goed bed. Voor ons zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

The hotel is nice and has a lovely sea view. It can be easily reached by public transport, whose stop is just one minute walk from the hotel. Our room was large, comfortable and had a unique sea view at sunrise. Neverthless, I think that the hotel common areas need deeper cleaning, since we found many insects in the hallways, both dead and alive, and some renovations need to be done, since we found rust on the floor tiles and some past maintenance interventions left some poorly closed holes in the tiles of the bathroom. The breakfast is not bad and offers both salty and sweet food.

Great location and a nice but dated hotel

Very nice hotel!! Great standard, very clean, and especially the personell - all very friendly and with a personal touch. Great to have the pool, and the view over the bay/sea was very nice as well. The atmosphere is very calm. There are a few beaches nearby that we liked. And we also enjoyed taking the taxi-boat from the closest beach to town in the evening. Super hotel - many thanks for having us!!

I booked this four-star hotel for a week to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary. I am sorry to say it is not four-star and everything is old and it needs a total refurbishment. All the public areas: breakfast room- lobbies- corridors were not air conditioned because the nasty Manager would not switch it on in 40•C!! We and all the other guests could not eat the very poor breakfast in the hear. Everyone was sweating in the very sunny and unbearable room. Manager yelled at me because I complained. Everyone was afraid of the arrogant manager who only yelled and banged doors instead of switching in the aircon! I was made to pay in full before arrival-€1,400 - so I could not leave. Many tourists came out with hives over their body due to the terrible heat in the Hotel. Pool is dirty and ladder and tiles broken. Hardly any sun beds or umbrellas. Bar man won’t serve drinks and was very rude. Only four persons to staff a large four star hotel. We were totally disillusioned . I think the surly manager writes all the positive reviews! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
