I wouldn’t go back and not recommend to anyone the place was very dirty and there were small flies everywhere

Vi åkte på slutet på säsongen vilket gjorde att de stängt ner poolbaren, gymmet och bastun. Vilket som var väldigt tråkigt. Frukostbuffen var väldigt liten pga av att de höll på att dra ner .. så tycker jah verkligen inte att det ska vara.

Enkelt hotell. Snarare 3 än 4-stjärnigt. Enkel bufféfrukost som inte imponerade jättemycket. Fin pool, trevlig personal.städningen var väl inte jättebra direkt men den brukar aldrig imponera i Grekland.

Due to young people, there was a lot of noise also at night and hotel personnel have not done anything to solve the problem

L'hôtel est bien placé a Laganas. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le seul défaut que je vois et que c'est bruyant, on entend facilement les bruits des couloirs.

Struttura vicina al centro ma un po' defilata così da essere lontana dal rumore. Vicino alla spiaggia. Camera spaziosa bagno piccolo

La picsine

Klidný hotel, s téměř domácí rodinnou atmosférou, velmi ochotným personálem, cca 100 m od autobusové zastávky, cca 400 m od pláže a centra Laganas. V blízkosti veškeré obchody. Prostorné a čisté pokoje, s klimatizací, ledničkou i balkonem. Na 4* hotel poměrně skromnější kuchyně, ale jídlo velmi chutné.

First night Karras gave us a room with a bad view in a little corner because they do not like young people. The room door would not lock and the toilet seat was broken. After arguing about safety over night they tried moving us to their sister apartments, local homes which is cheap and rubbish with no CTV or Staff. Then it turned out they lied and did have a room which they then gave to us after we rejected to stay somewhere else on the island. And night staff Antonio, big guy who does not answer calls and swears and shouts at you when you go to him and ask for anything. Karras has clean rooms but thats because staff walk in whenever they like to clean the room, even when you are half naked changing. They offer you complimentary drinks as for the rubbish service but nothing is delivered. This hotel is just another that want the money from old folks.

Frukosten var katastrof, igen yoghurt ingen melon eller annanas. kände att det inte fanns någon kärlek över maten alls. inga ägg till frukost men fick det efter jag tjatat i 2 dagar. Det var smutsigt i matsalen och stekbordet som de stekte omelätt på var så smutsigt så allt smakade bränt även äggröran lyckades de bränna. Detta är verkligen inte 4 stjärnor. Fick även be om ny lite shampoo men det fick jag aldrig.

The day time staff were lovely and really genuine. Only issue was night staff as he accused us of making noise when we weren’t in the room. Also, food is not American style, it is basic and pretty much Pork every night. Do not go for all inclusive if you want meat and you cannot eat pork. Very selective vegetarian options apart from salad. Gym was nice and quiet. Room was clean but shower wasn’t the best, hot and cold mix every 30 seconds. Games room you need to pay to play - 2 euros for one game of snooker I believe. Soft drink options terrible and also bottled water is not part of all inclusive - they give you water but in a glass and that tasted horrible. Only good thing was room and very very very friendly staff who absolutely looked after you, but couldn’t change the other factors that made it disappointing.

It’s a good hotel. Big and full breakfast. The room was big, the bathroom very clean and new. We booked a double bed but they gave us a double twin together .... and the matress was too soft.

Hotel is very close to the see, breakfast was ok, room is good size, overall hotel isn’t 4 star.

At half the price I wouldn’t have minded but all in all the hotel was a big disappointment. Although there was a large selection at breakfast most of it was not very nice. The room although comfortable was certainly not 4* calibre. We had no shower gel or shampoo, only soap, although a couple of days later shower gel and shampoo appeared. The floors throughout were not particularly clean. On the plus side, its location is good, quiet and close to the beach, and walking distance to the livelier part of town.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen! Der Nachtportie, oder wer auch immer das sein mochte.... war permanent am schlafen und wenn er mal wach wurde, spielte sich dort als grosser Rambo und drohte uns sogar mit Schlägen und beschimpfte uns auf übelste Art. So etwas kann ich nicht als Kundenfreundlichkeit verstehen! Zimmertipp: nach hinter heraus, Nachts Feiergruppen Lautstarke Musik und einige Tonnen Müll steht einfach so herum. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt nicht einmal gewechselt. Es ist bisher das schlechteste Hotel das ich je besuchte, nie wieder!!!
