Wonderful property in one of the most scenic locations on earth. Staff is amazing and the breakfast offerings were excellent.

Outstanding property with excellent staff and amazing food. We had the best time staying here. The views from the rooms and the pool/bar areas are simply stunning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with an open outdoor spaces to soak in the beauty of Santorini and the Caldera. The included breakfast and the service was the best way to start your day. Fabulous stay at a smaller, intimate hotel with one of the most beautiful views in the world, of the caldera of Santorini. Excellent service, delicious breakfasts, we enjoyed a wonderful sunset dinner at Botrini's. The pools were nice. Bed mattress and linen could be better, otherwise perfecto. Although at the heart of Oia, the hotel is privately set on its cliffside.

Great location!

If anyone is ever wondering, should they stay and they have the budget for this hotel, they should absolutely stay here and they should book multiple nights. We thought we could do it in one night and we were sad to learn that they didn’t have additional nights available as we wanted to stay longer. The service, the food, the location, and the accommodations are unmatched. Excellent BEYOND five star all the way.

There are so many options in Santorini but I can't imagine having chosen a better spot. We debated whether to stay in Oia or Fira, but we are so happy we stayed in Oia and especially at Katikies. The location, views, condition of the property, staff, etc were all as good as it could get. Highly, highly recommend.

Lovely views clean food great

Given the price it is the worst hotel I've probably ever stayed at for the simple reason that the ceiling in the room is absurdly low with white paint, bad lighting, and no warning sign or verbal warning so I hit my head multiple times even though I'm only average height at 5'10" which is ridiculous. I also submitted hotels.com feedback about this but they didn't followup nor was I offered an upgrade or spa discount like I think I was maybe supposed to be given my hotels.com status. Housekeeping also wasn't perfect but not a big problem. The low ceiling is a huge problem and made the stay very uncomfortable.
