Very basic Hotel, room basic and clean. located very central to walk all over and they had parking available. breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was denied, it owner managed property, owner was very mean old man. Makes fuss on small things like closing door, bringing food from outside, and talking on loung / sitting area. Gave me very hard time, he is the meanest I have ever met.

We were greeted at reception by the very helpful Angela who took us personally to their free secure underground parking next door. We had a very comfortable spacious room and substantial breakfast. We loved the warmth of this family owned hotel in the heart of beautiful Ioannina.

Our room had no balcony, even though in the pictures it seems this room category should have had a balcony. However, it didn’t bother us too much, since we only booked for two nights. The room was clean, well kept and bathroom recently refurbished. The personnel was very nice and promptly helped us with all of our queries. If we will ever travel again to Ioannina we will definitely re-book again at this hotel.

VERY Poor breakfast. Poor accessibility with lots of stairs. Staff that doesn't know English at all. Reasonable room. The only good thing was the location.

We stayed in this hotel at the end of August 2021. Centrally located hotel which is clean and nice. Not a breakfast buffet, but you sit down and an elderly lady, probably the owner's wife, comes in with some pieces of bread and some other strange stuff. She was very nice even though the breakfast was strange. On the other hand, one of the staff, an elderly man, the owner we believe, was really awkward and rude though. He probably has never smiled in his life and the words "please" and "thank you" don't exist in his vocabulary. But then again, the front desk girl that looks like Audrey Hepburn was extremely nice and service-minded. She herself contributes largely to the not so bad rating that we give the hotel. If the owner would be as service-minded as her, we'd give this hotel top rating. But because of the owner's behavior, we will not return to the hotel.

positif: it was in the middle of the centre of the city, parking was free, breakfast a lot and ok, clean, good shower. staff very friendly negatif: beds not to comfy, old furniture.

Stayed here a few times as its good location, decent room and reasonable price. Bonus is parking, underground garage.
