Fantastic hotel with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Minor issues with the room on arrival. We had gone for a suite and were offered a garden room with sincere apologies. We found the garden room more than acceptable and were happy with the overall experience.

We only stayed here one nigth to break our stay before traveling to the other side of Kefalonia. It was perfect, just what we were looking for. Rooms are very nice, the place is cool looking, the staff very friendly and the restaurant was very good. The view was relaxing as well. Also there were a few charming little restaurants close by.

I enjoyed my stay at the Leivatho hotel! The staff were all very friendly and we got greeted by a welcome drink which was a nice touch. The pool area was beautiful but the patio did have lots of wasps which was annoying during breakfast and deterred us from trying the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast selection was good and replenished promptly. The hotel is walking distance to a few beaches, tavernas and a great little winery! I highly recommend getting a massage by their massage therapist that comes to your room, she was amazing. Overall it was a wonderful stay :)

Beach nearby is not good. Manager controls air conditioning and large glass windows never allow the room to cool. Breakfast is average. Staff is friendly. Can’t use pool after 8 pm eve though it bothers no one.

We had a great week in Leivatho Hotel, the staff is really nice and helpful. It is a small hotel so you will not meet a lot of people which is very calming - although it was the „busiest“ week in august when we were there. The breakfast is good but maybe they could add almond or soy milk :-)

Amazing stay, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly atmosphere. The host and employees were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Hotel di design veramente particolare e molto curato che si trova in uno splendido giardino. Camera/appartamenti nuovissimi e moderni di dimensioni generose. Grande attenzione a tutti i particolari. Personale gentilissimo. Struttura meravigliosa che consiglio senz'altro. Colazione adeguata per un 4 stelle. Solo un piccolo consiglio: una maniglia nella doccia farebbe comodo alle persone non piu giovani. Grazie, torneremo.

This is a tricky review to write. On the one hand, we loved so much about this hotel. But there was one negative, that maybe sounds trivial but means we wouldn't stay there again: A significant shortage of sun loungers by the pool. If lounging by the pool isn't your thing -then I'd recommend this hotel. But if you do enjoy long lazy pool days - it's not for you. As other reviewers have said, the staff and the owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The views are glorious. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The room was nice, spacious, good shower, comfy bed, fairly quiet. A couple of tiny things in the room could do with an update (the clothes airer on the balcony was hanging off the wall and the bottom shelf of the fridge door appeared to have been broken off - so nowhere to stand my wine bottle up ;). But these were small things and I’m sure if we'd reported them, something would've been sorted. Housekeeping was great - regular fresh towels and Toiletries etc. And they weren't intrusive at all. But the sun lounger thing was really frustrating - and meant we were always worrying about whether there would be a space for us. And I know quite a few other guests felt the same. Quite often people would be sitting in the bar/restaurant area with their towels waiting for sun loungers to come free. This retreat hotel is close to the airport. Argostoli is about 20 mins drive. Room was spacious with a small kitchen. Access to beach is a short 2 min drive from hotel. Staff was attentive and gave us useful travel tips and driving directions. Restaurant menu offered limited choices but we were able to pre-order seafood dishes in advance and the hotel chef then ordered from the local fish market. We noticed water to contain sediment not sure if because of water filtering or water salt issues.

One night stay whilst going off to villa. This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff and I m an all, were friendly, attentive. Chatty in just the right amount of subtly. Rooms excellent, comfortable, clean. Breakfast superb. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff.
