Staffs are good, but not too much choices of breakfast, facilities are low, e.g no kettle, you don't have anything at midnight as kitchen was closed. So they can't provide anything to you when u asked reception for hot water or ice at midnight. one day, Our key was in my friend 's bag, but they were going out so I tried to ask reception if they have spare key to let us in but they refused, then we needed to wait them back for giving us key. Refrigerator works but not cold enough for drinks.

The accommodation for us as family is good it caters our needs. The room is huge andhas enough sleeping spaces. Staff were so considerate and understanding. They made us stay until 5 pm with no charge as our flight is at 2330

La chambre la moins cher ici est vraiment bien, le seul hic, le wifi n’est pas toujours bon, il coupe et il faut débrancher et rebrancher le modem répéteur.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a very cute property in a quieter part of the island, but very close to Fira by bus so it's easy to navigate the whole island. There's also a family if very sweet cats that like to hang out by the pool

This is a resort hotel about 1.5 km from Fira (easily walkable). The pool is clean and well kept. The staff are sooo friendly, professional and accommodating (if exhausted). The breakfasts are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Delicious and plentiful and really us up for a days walking or swimming or doing nothing. The village itself has a few nice restaurants and we found it a welcome sanctuary from the maddening crowds of tourists visiting Fira and Oia. Just to note some of the guests appeared to be quite rude and very demanding to the staff. 5* does not mean staff are there to kiss your feet! WIFI was great in our room but others did complain, so it may not suit people wanting to stream (no problem with email etc ). Great value for money in our opinion, we would happily stay there again. :)

The unit has a nice private pool and balcony. Very close to Fira within 5 mins drive. The breakfast was great and pool was within door steps. Only thing is the unit has only one bathroom for 6 of our guest to share. Sandra were very accommodating and very proactice to help us solve amenities issues within minutes. Would love to stay here again.

L hotel molto carino e accogliente. L'unica pecca della nostra camera al piano terreno era l'odore di muffa all'interno. Da migliorare questo aspetto. Per il resto la consiglio.

Front desk staff very nice!!

Struttura che si allontana anni luce da un 5 stelle. Camera spartana, con bagno fatiscente, doccia con tenda di plastica, phon sito in camera da letto e non in bagno. W.C. sporco di tartaro. Aria condizionata fornita tramite split, luci del comodino non conformi alle normali esigenze di lettura. Palestra senza aria condizionata e perdi più a vetri, simulava una camera a gas con attrezzatura sporca . I lettini siti in piscina sono usurati e sporchi. Colazione sempre uguale senza neanche un minimo cambiamento per tutti i 9 giorni del mio soggiorno. Personale gentile e cordiale. Allego foto

The room smelled, the quality of the blankets and bed were so poor, plastic-like. It doesn’t deserve a 3 star let alone five. Terrible
