Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Pool-, Strand- und Restaurantbereich, ruhige Lage, dennoch in wenigen Minuten Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar.

All in all a nice place with very helpsome staff. But the room is very noisy at night. You can hear highly when people a walking or talking. But that’s the only thing I can put a finger on.

Kleine, gepflegte Hotelanlage mit großem Pool und Frühstücksbereich/Poolbar. Im Innenhof wird ein schöner Garten liebevoll betreut. Liegt ca. 6 km östlich des Zentrums von Rethymno in einem Vorort. Bin bisher dreimal hier gewesen.

Warm welcome, staff went out of their way to assist you. Lovely comfortable accommodation situated right next to the beach. Perfect 👌

Reception staff was really great they are pleased to help you with anything. Staff at the bar is really professional with their work, and willing to give you the best possible service huge shoutout to Michaels at the bar, perhaps the best customer service i ever experienced. On the downsites not really anything serious exept the soundproofing could be better, rooms are clean and modern, amenities are really nice

The hotel was very clean, the pool large, lovely and clean and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Just a few steps from the pool to the beach. The pool snack bar/ restaurant did decent tasty well priced food where you can sit overlooking the beach. My only gripe would be the hard mattress and pillows. Other than that a fabulous place.

Super freundlicher Service! Hatten gleich beim Check in festgestellt das wir ausversehentlich nur für eine Person gebucht hatten aber mussten trotzdem nicht mehr bezahlen und bekamen sogar das Frühstück für die 2 Person gratis dazu. Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad hätte größer sein können,nachdem Duschen stand das Wasser im Bad.

We kennen de familie al jaren, ze zijn de afgelopen jaren bezig om het complex helemaal op te knappen en het wordt supermooi!! Ontbijt is lekker Zeer vriendelijk personeel, altijd een feestje om daar te komen😘😘

Sehr nette kleine Anlage, an nur bis zum Hoteleingang zu befahrender Stichstraße zum Strand gelegen, dicht bewachsener hübscher Innenhof, gepflegte Liegewiese. Geräumige, einfach und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer, grose Loggien.

Trés beaux appartements nous étions deux couples nous avons eu les mêmes studios mais le seul problème une seule fenêtre donnant sur la coursive de passage des autres appartements donc impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte occasionne beaucoup de bruit et obligation d'avoir les rideaux fermé pour avoir de l'intimité, parking trop petit et petit déjeuner moyen charcuterie industrielle un jus de fruit sur les trois proposés etait disponnible sur le distributeur

Superbe chambre moderne décoration minimaliste.. Là piscine gigantesque. Les côtés négatifs : rien pour poser les affaires, ménages non fait durant 5 jours. Serviettes payantes, transats plage payants, petit déjeuner industriel, rien n était frais. Personnel peu souriant à l exception d une jeune fille blonde et d une responsable au restaurant.. Les autres semblaient blasés par leur travail.. Les transats piscine sont pris d assaut dès l aube, sachant que tout le monde a accès à la piscine donc ce ne sont pas tous les clients de l hôtel.. L impression qu il y a l hôtel ne fait pas parti de la piscine et du restaurant. le restaurant qui ferme à 19h.. Pas de moyen de dîner dans l hôtel..

Statt des gebuchten Meerblicks, haben wir zuerst das Pool-View-Zimmer bekommen. Nur nach einer längeren Discussion wurde das gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vorschaubilder im Internet, von den modernisierten Zimmern, sind 3D-Renderings, die in der Realität nur teilweise so aussehen. Der am Tag zuvor versprochene Late-Checkout wurde auch nicht eingehalten. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das Frühstück keine große Auswahl - Basic Angebot ohne Geschmack!

Personnel aux petits soin, tres bien situé...tres beau compexe, prendre le petit dej vue sur la mer est tres agréable, un peti bemol la fermeture du bar et dee la piscine à 21h.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was a few of the guests who let it down sitting on the balcony talking loudly late into the early hours.

We stayed in the superior studio in the off season so price was great. Room was very clean and shower was awesome. Free breakfast overlooking the large pool and ocean. A+ staff super friendly

Hotel de grande qualité. Idéalement situé en bord de plage, il offre une piscine privée et un jardin accueillant. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute.

Marinos Beach Hotel Apartments were great! You couldn't get a better location, a stones throw from the beach and close to some great bars, restaurants and shops. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower at the end of the day. The breakfasts were delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very attentive to our needs. Thank you!
