This isn’t a 4* hotel. Food is poor and very overcooked, also limited selection. Pool opening hours are awful, the pool closes at 6pm in August.

We had a room overlooking the pool, with a balcony, which was excellent. We enjoyed the random board games scattered around the property as well as the pool table. The food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable. It was very easy to find parking on the side streets. The location is a short walk to the beach, loads of restaurants and shops. Excellent location, quiet yet close to everything. Finally, the staff is wonderful.

Really nice hotel! Our suite had good beds, kids loved pools and mini discos. Half board was good.

A nice welcome at the hotel with an easy and speed check-in and a lemon drink. A luggage service was a surprise and it has been delivered to our room directly. The room was clean, big, with much light and a separate kitchen. The bathroom was huge, modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable and soft. The terrace had much space and we could sit outside and enjoy the sun. The gym devices were in front of the room and we could use them for free. The swimming pool was big, clean and warm. It was an amazing delicious breakfast with a rich choice of meal and drinks. There were enough free parking spots close to the hotel. The nearest beach with various restaurants is located approximately 10 Min by foot. The center of Rethymno can be reached in ca. 20 Min by foot. We liked everything in this hotel and definitely recommend to stay there.

Hotel about 1km out of the old centre of town. Hotel is on many levels and has a large swimming pool and several other small ones. Stayed in a superior room with seaview (over the tops of the buildings in front). Room was a nice size although shower room quite small. Tea and coffee making facilities in room including a fridge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are excellent with a wide choice. We used hotel as a base for touring but if you stayed on site plenty to keep you occupied. Car parking is chargeable but the road at the back between the hotel and the 5 star Minos ambassador is quiet, safe and free! There is a fixed menu in the evening for 19€ but if you don’t fancy that there are plenty of good dining options locally especially along the front. There is a supermarket less than 200yds away. I would recommend this hotel.

Reception was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable. We were there for one night. Big pool area but we did not use.

The hotel layout is definitely different, almost labyrinth like. Loved that, almost needed a map to get from point A to B, really cool. And the staff could not be better and nicer!!!

Great hotel, and great staff! The buffet was good with a good variety, and not the same repeat dishes everyday. The only downside is I wish the kids pool was near the adult pool, as it’s actually separated by the hotel itself from front vs back. Regardless, would stay here again!

Vriendelijk personeel en heel schoon en netjes in het hele hotel. Mooi ingerichte kamers met luxe afwerking in de badkamer. Er zijn voldoende faciliteiten om je gezin te entertainen, van verschillende zwembaden tot een spelletjeshal.

Great hotel, shower room after check out was a nice option. A couple of the staff were terrific, yet one was quite rude. Overall really good though.

Im ganzen hat uns hier in Minos Hotel gut gefallen, dass essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, es gab nationale Gerichte sowie Meeresfrüchte, Salate, Dessert, Eis und Kuchen. Wirklich große Auswahl. Was die Zimmer Sauberkeit angeht, großes minus Punkt, auch nach der Zimmer Reinigung schmutziger Spiegel nicht gewischte Tische einfach mangelhaft. Für 3 Personen auch sehr kleines Zimmer, ein Pluspunkt war der herrlicher Meerblick. Jeden Tag Animation mit Life Musik Band, Bauchtanz Tänzerin sehr nett. 4 Sterne Hotel?? Eher nicht

Huone oli ok, ilmastoinnin kanssa hiukan säätöä mutta viikon kamppailun jälkeen homma alkoi toimimaan. Yksipuolinen aamupala, joka 10 pvä:n lomalla alkoi tökkimään. Neljän tähden hotelliksi allasalue ym. yleiset tilat nuhjuiset

Nice, quiet and clean comfortable stay. The breakfast was good. We got twin bed when requested for double, they added a nice thick topper. Very helpful staff. And added bonus as they gave us free olive oil gift as well as Easter gift hamper. Just a note to remember that you get water only on your arrival then you need to get your own.

Excellent établissement ! Personnel très aimable et très professionnel. Chambre propre et bien aménagée. Bonne isolation phonique. Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix.

It's an old hotel, but was recently expanded with a new building at the back. We were lucky to get one of those rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Even though it's on a very busy road, those rooms were very quiet, as they are at the back of the hotel. No sea view from our room, but a nice beach with services is only a 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast was included and was nice. Due to COVID protocols, the cleaners would not clean the room every day, but at least we got fresh towels every day. They even provided us with pool/sea towels. They should try to use the sun to heat the pool. The water was not warm enough in October.

Trevligt hotell med väldigt bra läge i Rethymno. Frukosten var riktigt bra med stor variation. Sängen var bra och rummet tyst. Stranden var ett par kvarter bort vilket gjorde att jag badade ofta. Kaféer och tavernor väldigt nära. Gamla stan nådde jag på 20 minuters promenad och där var det fina promenadstråk. Massor av restauranger och en handfull skoter-uthyrare längs strandpromenaden.
