Beautiful hotel, excellent service, will certainly stay again!

What would have made it 5 stars: - Adults Only (too many screaming kids at the pool jumping in with no respect splashing water over those sun bathing) - Pool cleanliness (Pool was quite dirty around the edges with mould) once pointed out it was cleaned the next day. - Air conditioning in the room was very noisy and needs replacing. What made me five 4 stars - Excellent cocktails - Friendly staff - Comfy bed - Walking distance to local amenities.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel my two children and I were treated like royalty by the staff, Lefteris and Anna Maria went above and beyond with ensuring our stay was filled with magic. The location is top notch with short walks to all you could possibly need and the property itself is breathtaking. I love a location to provide more of an intimate feel and this checks all the boxes as the staff actually care so much to the point of upon our leaving we felt as if we were leaving our family . We will return to Mykonos and only stay at this beautiful space as the staff left an imprint on our hearts . Forever grateful for this stay and Lefteris and Anna Maria . We will be back soon enough ! Absolutely beautiful property with stunning views! The staff was lovely and quite helpful. The room was comfortable and the outdoor swimming area was relaxing. Would definitely recommend! Cant wait to be back again soon!

Staff were great and hotel was very nice, would highly recommend

I am not usually one to write reviews but this was unacceptable. Stayed at the hotel for 8 nights - From the first day we had a huge air conditioner leaking incident that damaged all our belongings. Hotel did not offer to clean my clothes from the leak or fix the issue. Hotel is in a great spot but unfortunately run by terrible management, room was not cleaned daily had to constantly call reception to get the room cleaned.

Great view

The sea views were specular from the pool area. The hotel lacked umbrellas near the pool area. This should have been a standard amenity for a 4 * rated hotel. Our room was not suitable as it had a water leak. This was not picked up by management and we had to wait for another Although an upgrade to a " SUITE" for 3 hours as it was available until the current guests had checked. We were flexible and accommodating and went out to explore the area. If the room was not an upgrade to compensate for the issue i would have taken steps to complain through Expedia and my feedback would not have been pleasing to read. Fortunately, things worked out in the end as the staff were great to respond and rectify the issue. I suggested for future guests that an ironing room was made available so that the holidaymaker can look his/ her best when going out for the evening. Mykonos is all about being "seen", right? Breakfast was wholesome and had the greek flavour but was the same each day. "Variety is a spice of life". A few different options would have been good. Overall, i enjoyed my stay.

impeccable staff trying to save the credibility of the hotel. We stayed without television the whole stay, no solution was found. fungus on the shower joints (photo attached) . positive point, an extraordinary view if you have a mountain view room. great pool.

I had the most amazing time on holiday at this hotel! The greeting I got on arrival was amazing - the staff are super friendly and helpful :) The room was beautiful with lots of space, I seemed to be missing a kettle but otherwise it was perfect. The pool area, loungers etc we’re also great and the view was breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly located for the airport, delicious restaurants and beaches. If you struggle with hills then this may not be the place for you but I loved that it was at the top of a hill for the views and the cooling wind. I thought the hotel was adults only, I admit I didn’t thoroughly check and maybe assumed, the character and vibe of the hotel is very adult only and not the best set up for children. I have to say, on my last day a family arrived and changed the whole mood, the peaceful ambiance around the pool area was interrupted by the screams and cries of children (can’t be helped) and the panicked ’shhing’ of their parents which was incredibly annoying. I was relieved that I was leaving that day and wouldn’t return unless the hotel changed to adults only. This is a shame as I was fully intending to return but now I will ensure to visit an adult only option. Great hotel for adults - but only if you don’t mind risking having to share the space with noisy families.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Athena, she went above and beyond in making sure are stay was great. The room was comfortable and clean, only negative is the toilet kept running, really was not that bothersome. The pool and the view were fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is at the top of the hill. So you must be physically fit to walk back up it, I didn't mind that either, the booty will look better for it. Already miss this place, would definitely stay again

Mr & Mrs White was a great place to stay. The room was huge and clean and the staff were super helpful and attentive. It's at the top of a big hill so just bare in mind if you are walking from the bus stop. It's about a 5/7 min walk. The closest beach isn't the best by any means, barely anywhere to lay down unless you want to rent a sunbed. Its about a 15/20 min bus ride into Fabrika and another 15/20 to the port.

-aucune ambiance et interactions avec le personnnel malgré que tout les éléments était présent pour avoir un séjour mémorable. Très ennuyant. Peu d’expérience auprès du personnel, ne pouvais pas nous guider ou nous conseiller sur la place . Déjeunée frais.

Everything was incredible, so relaxing and such an incredible location. Resort feeling without the resort fees. I will absolutely be returning
