Mythical blue is located 5 mins walking distant apart from Fira. We can find restaurants easily nearby. There is no disco music from time to time. You can enjoy a peaceful moment here. Staffs are nice and helpful. They provide excellent service. Various choice of breakfast. There are 3 style of breakfast and almost 10 items to be chosen under each category. We can consume the breakfast in our room or in the  restaurant at a specific time we choose. They provide the highest flexibility. I saw a staff using 15 minutes to clean 1 glass window. You can imagine how clean and tidy here. Everything here is perfect. The wholehearted service is appreciated. I definitely will come back if I visit Santorini again.

This hotel is worst hotel we have ever stayed in Greece, don’t be fooled by the photo and it just doesn’t worth the price: - We have booked a room with heated jacuzzi and Panoramic view, the room is just DISAPPOINTING, small and old with an expensive price - The location is around 10mins walk to Fira town, but it is on the upper hill and requires quite a lot of steps - The view is superb as it is on the hill - It is very difficult to carry the luggage by your own, We have asked for a transportation service, but only know that is chargeable (30€) when we check out. I guess every pick up service in Santorini is chargeable, but it would be better to inform the guests before offering the service. - about the “private” jacuzzi, most of them are located out of the reception area, so every guests pass by can see you in the jacuzzi, not really enjoyable. For us, we have booked the jacuzzi with panoramic view, but actually it is located on the rooftop just above the crowd of tourist, so... not really feel that is “private”. The worst still, the temperature can only be adjusted higher at noon but not at night! Who will want a heated jacuzzi at noon but a cold jacuzzi at night! - the staff, some are friendly but some are not, especially after you checked out. So, all in all, it is not really a pleasant experience. You can find a much better choice with this price in Fira!

We had the best stay!! The staff was incredible and the hotel was beautiful.

The rooms are small, there were bugs in our room and the shower is the worse I’ve ever seen. We got 2 suits, one of them didn’t have a propped shower, never seen something like that. No room service available.

I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Mythical Blue Luxury Suites in Santorini and to request a full refund for the unacceptable conditions we experienced. I had booked four rooms for a long-anticipated vacation with four couples, expecting a luxurious and scenic experience as promoted on their website and booking platforms. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked and deeply disappointed to find that the rooms provided were essentially dark caves—completely windowless, with no natural light, no ventilation, and absolutely no view. This was not what was advertised or reasonably expected from a property marketed as a luxury destination in one of the world’s most picturesque locations. The absence of any mention of these conditions during the booking process amounts to a clear misrepresentation, and it ruined the entire vacation experience for all of us. To be fair, I would like to acknowledge that the staff service during our stay was amazing. The team was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit, and we have absolutely no complaints regarding the service provided by the hotel staff. However, given the misleading nature of the booking and the extremely poor quality of the accommodation provided, we are requesting a full refund for the four rooms booked. Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. The reception personnel helped us book transportation to the port and even helped with luggage.

We enjoyed our stay. The manager and bartender were awesome. They helped us when needed and we enjoyed conversing with them. We loved the location as it was just at the end of the Fira center so it was much quieter and not as crowded. Only negative we had was that we had to fill the hot tub each time we wanted to use it.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL if the alluring photographs of your “private spa” make you think you might have some romance with your partner. “Private spa” turns out to mean “Exclusive use of spa in a common courtyard with four other spas and hundreds of people looking in from outside”. There is a line between creative license in selecting photographs (every hotel does that) and deliberate misrepresentation. Mythical Blue crosses that line. They charge a premium price for a standard product. FRAUD.

It was perfect for our honeymoon. It was private and had such a beautiful view. The staff was amazing and very friendly. My husband and I felt very welcomed. We would stay here again because we loved it!

A fantastic hotel! Wonderful staffs, beautiful views. Need a bit of walk to get car pickups. Unfortunately limited amenities (no tooth brush , cups, tissues , in room bottled water)

The rooms were clean and comfy, we had an indoor spa bath and outdoor hot tub which we enjoyed after lots of walking. The pool area is beautiful and has a stunning view of the caldera and all of Santorini

The staff was so sweet and helpful. The room was flawless and so chic, along with the general property. Will for sure be back!

This hotel and probably every hotel in Satorini is hard to get to. So you are left at the closest spot and it is up to you to find the hotel and get your luggage up to your room. The rooms are extremely small and honestly unlivable. The "plunge pool/balcony" are above the room in which you have to climb little bitty stairs and then up a ladder. Frankly we did not use it because it was dangerous to go up the stairs and ladder. The staff was pleasant but not always accommodating. I would not stay here again.

We went to celebrate our silver jubilee anniversary to Santorini. The hotel has a Very good location at the top of Fira with great views to the sea and caldera. Central location close to the town centre and most restaurants. The suites was great. The staff was brilliant and very helpful. However, the choice of breakfast was a bit monotonous. It becomes boring eating same stuff for more than 2 days in a row. Not much choice of cocktails in the bar. But overall our experience was good due to the close location to most attractions.
