This was our 2nd stay but this time we were in the older Naxos resort section rather than the galaxy section but enjoyed the room even though it wasn’t renovated as much (updated but not renovated). Breakfast was fabulous as last time. Enjoyed the discounted beach sunbeds. Location is the best in Naxos as you’re right on the beach and only a short walk to amazing restaurants. We hope to return for a 3rd visit !!

Huge selection and all the food was good quality. Randomly tried a breakfast bar and was surprised it was one of the best breakfast bars I've ever had. Staff was incredibly nice and made suggestions for sights to see and restaurants. Room was comfortable and the tv had nfl in German which was fun.

I would’ve given this property a five but I think that since it is stated that the water is not potable; it should be replenished every day for free and not 3€ a little bottle. We were told by the staff that this is the management’s decisions and that I should’ve complained on the spot. I worked in the hotel industry and if a hotel hopes for repeat customers; do it right the first time. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay but thought, because the water was not drinkable they should provide water in room each day. We had to buy water for our room. Front check in didn’t go well but hotel apologized so that is forgotten and forgiven

Room not very clean, especially the bathroom. Bed and pillows not very comfortable and did not give us a double even though we asked, instead 2 twins. Directions and signage was horrible. Breakfast selection excellent, location excellent.

The whole hotel was the perfect spot. The breakfast was amazing. It was so close to everything the beach the town. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing and showed us the map of where everything was and really put it in perspective.

Just by the beautiful sandy beach with lots of dining options as well as room service on the beach. Love their swimming pool with free breakfast included. Rooms are clean and property are well maintained.
