Very friendly and accommodating staff! 7-10 minute walk to the shopping/dining areas in town or take car. We stayed early September so there was not a large amount of people visiting.

The room was so pretty, and all details taken care of from the softness of the sheets to bautiful towels. Breakfast was very good, and it is a walkable distance to the town. Easy getting to the main attraction, the archeological site of Olympia. It is also very close to the Olypic games museum which is a must.

Lovely hotel, in need or some refurbishment but the room I had was large and bright. The staff were lovely and helpful. Had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Only downside was stayed at the same time there was a teen basketball camp, kids were rude and very noisy - slamming doors, banging walls and blocking corridors etc.

Open glass door to bathroom for no privacy while traveling with teenagers in “family” style room.
Wifi was terrible.
Refrigerator did not work; however, staff promptly replaced.

This property is a partly refurbished hotel with beautiful common areas including a bar and pool. Spacious room which could be improved with updated bathroom facilities. AC was great and beds were very comfortable. Service was adequate.

The hotel is clean, safe and the front check in staff were friendly. The hotel itself would benefit from some modernization- it did not feel like a 4-star hotel. The food buffet (dinner and breakfast) was mediocre at best with food that was not hot and very bland.

We came in off-season so we couldn't enjoy everything that would make the hotel great in heat and sunshine. therefor I could have had a different impression then.
However the room had ants and was very outdated even though the hotel supposedly had a refurb not so long ago.
The sheets and bed felt cheap and very old.
Sadly we wanted to leave as soon as possible.
Also the spa should be included when booking a room.

It was called a resort and spa most likely because they had spa services available and most likely called it a resort because they served food pool side, however I would not label it a resort/spa. The staff service was good and the food was plentiful and very good. The property looked run down but was in a perfect location.

That hotel had seen better days, location was good, 5 minutes walk from town, the room was very roomy, confortable bed, but pretty noisy, Breakfast was just ok. it just look run down overhall. We were there in March and the pool, spa and outdoor area was close.
