Clean, tidy and conveniently close to the town and restaurants

The hotel is wondetfull.the room is well equiped.the staff is very friendly.

Hotel team led by Alex the hotel manager was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was beautifully kept and maintained and in a great position on the beach in Hanioti and near the centre where the action is. The only downsides were the lack of parking spaces that keeps Alex and the team busy with shifting cars about to make spaces and the WiFi quality needs to be improved. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody (couples or families alike).

This is a really nice hotel. We usually don’t book 4 star hotel but after reading the bad reviews where the biggest complain was the drink list in September we decided to give it a try. Everything was what you expect from a good hotel. The start, friendly staff at the reception calls and asks when we are arriving. Complementary sparkling wine and fruit helps. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly. Nice pool. Hotel beach 10 meters away. 2 min walk from the “town”. Extra credit to the cleaning ladies that we forgot to leave some tip. They are great. If you leave a do not disturb sign, after 15:00 the will slip a note that says that they respect your wish to not be disturbed. When we checked out they give us a jar off honey. Small things that don’t cost but mean a lot. If we come to Chaniotis again we will stay here. We stayed at a 5 star hotel 50 meters near by last year and it was very disappointing. The owner/manager has understood that giving customers god service doesn’t cost a thing but means a lot. The only thing I can complain about was the internet. But the internet is bad basically everywhere in Greece.

w-lan war eine Katastrophe, ansonsten kann man wirklich nicht meckern.

Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Hotel, welches sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet ist, perfekter Service ( auch Roomservice), sehr freundliches Personal und auch Sonderwünsche ( hier weitere Decken/Oberbett) wurden sofort erfüllt, tolles Frühstücksangebot und super schöne gepflegte Anlage selbst. Auch ausreichende Anzahl von Liegen und Service am Strand vorhanden.

Wunderschönes, top gepflegtes Hotel mit eigenem Strand. Das Zentrum von Hanioti liegt fußläufig und es gibt dort eine tolle Auswahl an schönen Restaurants. Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotelteam war immer sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Das Einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben, sind die harten Liegen am Pool.

Ostria is a nice, modern and well looked after hotel. The staff were hard working and friendly, the rooms spacious and comfortable. We were very happy to stay there. the details: There is a nice pool by the front of the hotel and the breakfast/lunch/dinner area is round the back and overlooks the sea. There are 5 steps from there to the beach with reserved loungers for the hotel guests. The beach itself is so so, quite pebbly and rocky and outside of the reserved area very busy so as we had our own car we ventured elsewhere on a few days. Most people may not bother. The hotel is a 3min walk to the town center with cafes, bars, restaurants etc to hand.

Everything was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Certainly made the trip memorable

Super fint hotell med fantastisk personal! 3 minuters avstånd till stan Maten på hotellet var sådär Vi hyrde bil och åkte runt till andra stränder, vilket jag rekommenderar starkt. Hela ön är ganska liten, så allt var så nära

Väldigt bra frukost med färskpressad apelsinjuice. Hotellet hade egna solstolar på stranden. Wi-fi funkar sådär.

Vom Flughafen fährt man ca. 1,5 Stunden. Mietwagen ist von Vorteil um auch die anderen Finger zu erkunden. Der Hotelstrand ist steinig, aber mit Badeschuhen kein Problem. Man hat von Hotel direkten Zugang zum Strand, es ist alles sehr entspannt und nicht zu groß was wir persönlich bevorzugen. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel ist zu empfehlen! Zimmer sehr sauber und modern. Föhn, Safe, Obstplatte usw. alles da. Das Personal ist ohne Ausnahme super freundlich. Pool ist ebenfalls vorhanden und augenscheinlich sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat einen großen Balkon inkl. Meerblick. Für alle die ein kleines Hotel ohne Animation bevorzugen, absolut empfehlenswert.

Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό (ειδικά στο εστιατόριο), νόστιμο φαγητό, χορταστικό πρόγευμα, ωραία και καθαρή παραλία (οι πρώτες δύο σειρές στα κρεβατάκια είναι κρατημένα για το ξενοδοχείο). Περάσαμε υπέροχα και ευχαριστούμε όλους στο ξενοδοχείο για αυτό.
