Such a lovely resort. Everything was clean. We did have some issues with door locking properly and the iron/ironing board provided had seen better days. Food was great. Actually preferred the buffet over a la carte. All inclusive doesnt include all drinks as such but this is made clear on menus

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. a Sauber und gepflegt, bis Kos Stadt kann man zu Fuss gehen oder den Bus nehmen der direkt vor dem Hotel hält. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Prachtig resort, , schoon, mooie tuinen, lekkere cocktails, eten was prima en heerlijke bedden

Suite room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Shared swim up pool was really nice but v cold this time of year as expected and there is a road between room and sea, although not too busy at night. Nice to have beach access with sun beds also.

Superb from start to finish

Points positifs : Très bel hôtel, nous étions mon épouse et moi même en junior suite avec all inclusive. Chambre bien mérite tout de même un rafraîchissement des structures dues vent et au sel du bord de mer. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet très varié et nourriture excellente et plats chauds ( je ne comprends pas certains commentaires disent le contraire). Points négatifs : Tous les matins réveillés à 5h00 du matin par des poules et des coqs qui se trouve en liberté ou se situent les suites juniors. Nous ne comprenons pas cela et n’avons reçu aucune réponse ou explication à ce sujet après nos demandes ! Ce qui n’est vraiment pas digne d’un standing pour un hôtel 5 étoiles !!! La réception ne donne malheureusement pas beaucoup d’informations concernant le all inclusive au clients à leurs arrivée ce qui est également très décevant.

Great and helpful staff Exceeded our expectations!

The stay was great, all the way through, the staff were incredible and attended to our needs every step of the way. I would happily stay again if I return to Kos.

2nd visit and would recommend with confidence

Grandchild well entertained in kids club, pool, waterslide. Mediocre buffet offerings at every meal...totally inadequate capacity at a la carte restaurants on site. Terrible view of trash bins from our room. ZERO dressers to unpack.

Our 2nd stay in 2 years here. It’s a great hotel for all. As a family of 2 adults and 2 kids it’s been a great stay. We really enjoyed it. Variety of pools, different activities, and generally a quiet environment which enables it to feel very safe and relaxing. It’s a recommended hotel, and even with a decline in the dining options this year we would still not hesitate to come back, if it was a return to Kos we were after. Dining has declined but is still very good, it is this and some smaller touches that were missing this year to last, however, it’s a very very good hotel, and like many others who return each year we will be back in the future.

Is a perfect place to stay if u prefer a quiet place to stay. You can enjoy some enterteiment but in relaxing mood :)) They need to work a bit with the cleannigs, but in the end is not so bad! I recommend this place! Great team and food!

Lovely hotel with all the facilities needed

Die Anlage war grundsätzlich schön und ansprechend. Wir hatten eine Suite mit eigenen Pool, schön großzügig. Die Sauberkeit war zum Ende der Saison nicht mehr gut. Insbesondere war unsere zuständige Reinigungskraft jedoch wirklich unverschämt und hatte eindeutig keine Lust auf ihren Job. Leider machten auch weitere Mitarbeiter einen genervten Eindruck. Spa Personal und Animateure ausgenommen, da waren alle gut drauf. Die Auswahl an Speisen war zwar da, jedoch geschmacklich unterdurchschnittlich. Mittags ein Salat war ok, abends waren wir nach dem ersten Abend nur noch auswärts essen. Die beiden exklusiven Restaurants im Hotel waren Tage im voraus ausgebucht. Geschmacklich besser als das all inclusive Restaurant, jedoch auch nicht voll überzeugend. Getränke haben nach Chlor geschmeckt, da sie aus einer Zapfablage kam. Wasser ohne Chlorgeschmack gab es im Hotelshop zu kaufen. Insgesamt haben Bilder und online Auftritt deutlich mehr versprochen als final gehalten wurde.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich wunderbar, doch der Service und vor allem unsere Putzkraft liessen stark zu wünschen übrig.
