The Wellness and Spa Area is not in a good shape. Overall the hotel has potential but it is poorly managed and urgently needs renovation.

Great resort to bring your family. Have gone there. I’m planning on going again next year.

Hotellet var bra men det kändes inte alls som femstjärnigt. Rummen och hotellet i stort är i behov av en rejäl uppfräschning. Många saker är småtrasiga, hissdörrarna är livsfarliga och stängs antingen långsamt eller snabbt så man får åka på egen risk. När man berättar om det till peronalen får man oftast uppgivna svar tillbaka. Maten var bra och personalen var proffsiga. Poolområde är fint men tyvärr är det saltvatten i så barnen var inte jättesugna på bad alla dagar.

Hotel rate as it is looks in expedia. Hotel is clean, staff is great. Food is okay. Just bar prices a bit high for Greece. Sea water is great but hard to catch up a seat at beach in first 2 row. Kids friendly hotel.

Porto Carras is a very nice, clean, and safe place, especially for families with children. The food and service are very good. The surroundings are beautiful, and so is the entire Halkidiki peninsula. The rooms may need some uplifting. Lastly, some couples may find it a little noisy, should they decide to visit after the school year ends.

Here’s your review translated into English: --- The hotel is far from a five-star experience – it's very worn out, and the rooms have a musty smell, possibly due to poor ventilation in the bathrooms, which don’t even have a proper drain. Our apartment had a sea view, but it was on the first floor, right above the restaurant, and it constantly smelled of food. There are no screens on the windows or balconies, and even in April, mosquitoes and flies were already getting in. I can compliment the staff's kindness, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience. When we arrived on the first night, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the fridge. Access to the spa and pool is not included in the price – it's paid separately. We couldn’t even enjoy the bowling alley – it was closed on April 20th. I’m very unlikely to return – the value for money is just not there.

A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment.

All was ok but the bathroom in the rooms are very old, the bathtub ist very small and not practical to take a shower. The joints are moldy in the bathroom and the tiles are old. The bathrooms needs a renovation. Overall, the hotel is great and is also very suitable for families.

Die Anlage bzw. die Zimmer sind alt und keine 5 Sterne! Das Essen ist super, aber es herrscht Kantinenatmosphäre.

Ηταν εξαιρετική η διαμονη μας, υπέροχος χώρος, φαγητό. Εχει γινει ανακαινιση και τα δωματια ειναι σε καλη κατασταση. Το μονο αρνητικο ηταν ο καφες στο μπαρ της παραλιας και τις πισινας, καθολου καλος, δεν πινεται. Εχει να απασχοληθουν τα παιδιά με διαφορα εκει. Το spa επισης παρα πολυ καλο και αξιζει μια επισκεψη.

Geçen senede kaldığımız ve memnun kaldığımız için yine tercih ettik. tek eksiği bu yıl temizlikti. Oda temizliğinden hiç ama hiç memnun kalmadık. Su istemediğimiz sürece odaya bırakılmadı.Yemekler çok güzel, otelin konumu oldukça iyi.
