我們是晚上到達的 職員給我們upgrade到套房 大得沒話說 也給我們賭場入場卷 樓下就是賭場但種類不多 早餐還可以

The place needs updating. The air condition filter in my room was filthy so much so that the unit could not cool the room. I ended up removing it and cleaning it myself because dirty filters are extremely unhealthy. I brought it to the staff's attention, she told me they clean them once a month which, judging by the amount of dirt, cannot be possible. No attempt was made by management to reach out to me. There were also ants in my bed and the toilet was loose. The bathroom is in urgent need of updating. Dining room staff worked hard.

Leider ist die Umgebung etwas runtergekommen. Das Zimmer selbst, war in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Balkon Tür war defekt (verbogen). Insgesamt hat alles schon bessere Tage erlebt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war allerdings sehr schön. Vom Preis her, viel zu teuer.

Mooi hotel, fijne bedden en rustig. Helaas geen a la carte restaurant maar dichtbij leuke tentjes

Every poor breakfast. Too many vegetables for breakfast. Evening buffet was superb. Staff were friendly.

Μείναμε 1 βράδυ. Το δωματιο ήταν καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και την γεφυρα Ριο-Αντίριο. Το πρωίνο ήταν πλούσιο, φρέσκο και νόστιμο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Όμως ο χρόνος έχει αφήσει τα σημάδια του και σίγουρα χρειάζεται περισσότερο φροντίδα το κτήριο.

Bien que l'établissement mérite un rénovation, mon séjour à été très agréable. Merci au personnel.

Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge med såväl egen strand som poolområde. Personalen gör sitt bästa men frukostmatsalen lever inte upp till standarden för ett hotell som vill vara högklassigt. Tråkigt bröd, utspädd apelsinsaft som juice, blaskigt kaffe och inte ens en tomatskiva. Många gäster har all inclusive så jag förstår att de vill spara in, dock inte vi. I poolbaren fick vi betala för Greklands sämsta Frappe (saknade helt kaffesmak). Rummen rena och ljusa och städningen var bra. Känns lite som man lever på gamla meriter

It was probably a very good hotel 10 years ago. This hotel needs a lot of renovations. It is clean, but everything is very old. The breakfast wasn't very good. The spa facilities are awful. The only good thing was the massage.

Good customer service, friendly, helpful, free upgrad.. The hotel need renovation....

Terrible property. Horrible conditions nothing like the pictures. Very run down and old worn out furnishings that are outdated. Would not recommend at all to anyone.
