Magnifique hôtel historique, service exceptionnel, la concierge Anastasia d’une grande efficacité! Localisation bord de mer en plein coeur du petit village. Spetses île de rêve, pas de voitures, tour de l’île en vélo magnifique, belles plages de sable et vues époustouflantes sur la mer! Un secret bien gardé!

Excellent location and view. We booked a Tower room with view and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with living room and dining room. This was HUGE! Front desk gave me a yoga mat for my room upon request. The wine provided as a gift was great. And the bottled water was generously replenished daily. The bath products were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, including fresh figs one day! Spa was also excellent. I highly recommend this property. The hotel also provided free transfer service from the ferry port.

Housekeeping staff was exemplary. In room dining was not good. Didn’t visit spa.

We travelled around and stayed at 4 different hotels during our time in Greece. I was really looking forward to staying here the most as it is such a well established property. Maybe it was end of season malaise but the experience was tainted by the poor disposition of some of the staff. Breakfast service by most of the staff was miserable. Went for drinks on the terrace one evening and ignored by 3 staff standing chatting together, we had to get up and go to them for service in the end. Zero apologies for room mix up, they blamed expedia but certainly didnt find it in their hearts to offer an apology. We would never return based on our experience unfortunately. Find an alternative boutique hotel on the island where the staff are happy to have you and want to create a memorable stay for you for the right reasons is my advice.

Initial problems with room resolved without fuss or question. The staff are very conscientious and guest focussed .. Room quality ultimately first class

The front desk and concierge were fantastic! The bell staff and housekeeping were amazing! However the breakfast was pretty average and staff needs an upgrade.

Everything was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. The only thing that needs improvement is the temperature control and lack of enough air conditioning. The thermostat only goes to 18°C and then goes back to 19° by itself. The room never got cool enough. Also, there weren’t really enough towels for 2 people (so we asked for more) and no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

The best hotel in spetses! Excellent location, good rooms, fantastic breakfast, and very, very good service. The concierge ladies go above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our state was perfect.

Fantastic hotel signature for the island of Spetses. Breakfast is marvellous with traditional ingredients in the veranda overlooking the bay and the Peloponnese coast across served until 11:00am. Swimming pool at the garden was amazing with warm water. Could walk easily to anywhere in the town of spetses.

The hotel breakfast/lobby/architecture/presentation etc is truly magnificent. Unfortunately the room had a very noisy old aircon unit. Same with the safe. The room wasn't at the level as the rest of the property. It’s unfortunate as the property is very very special indeed!

Everything about my stay was exceptional — the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the hotel had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a great variety of fresh options. I also appreciated the convenient location and peaceful surroundings. I will definitely be returning!

The porter service with our luggage to and from the ferry to hotel was excellent

Hotel did not honor my booking which was a room with a balcony, despite my bringing it up to management. Service less than desirable! A lovely property but disturbed by noise from motorcycles and kids running around in front of hotel at later hours.

Amazing old style “grandeur ” hotel. The staff is helpful and incredibly polite. The views are beautiful. Steps away from the port, which is very convenient. Rooms are beautiful. Definitely will come back.

This is a first class, grand hotel on the beautiful island of Spetses. Clearly it was built with touches of class throughout and it has been renovated to modern standards. We enjoyed the breakfast, bar, pool, and just lounging in the room. We were located in the back building, closer to the pool. Our room however did not have a regular shower, but rather an old claw foot tub with a hand held shower spray so you had to pull curtains around the tub to take a shower. Not the most convenient. Next time I'll ask for a different room. We had dinner on the veranda and it was excellent (but pricey of course). Overall, a good stay.

Love this Wed Anderson style hotel. Beautiful, lux, and great location. I’ll take it all day long-wonderful stay!
