A wonderful grand dame in the world of luxury hotels. Comfortable in all aspects, understated and elegant, the Poseidonion blends modern comfort with its historical importance.

Perfect location, excellent facilities and very pleasant staff to assist you with anything you need. We had a room with sea views and it was spectacular.
Special mentions to Yani the porter, Dimostenis at reception and all the amazing staff serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

I want to acknowledge Michaela at the concierge desk in particular. When we needed a boat for the day, she understood immediately that I required one fully protected from the glare, and she would not stop until she found it, entirely within our budget. She stayed a full extra hour working on this, with a genuine smile the whole time (still not sure how she managed both). She then walked us to the boat with water in hand, and was there to greet us again at the end of the day. That is not a job well done; that is care.
We left the Poseidon feeling we had been guests of people who genuinely wanted us to be happy. We will remember it, and Michaela, for a long time.
Highly, wholeheartedly recommended.

This is a beautiful old style Grand hotel which has been beautifully renovated.
Breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the ferry port was very good. The staff were very helpful and were able to let us check in early.
The concierge was able to talk us through restaurants and beaches for our short stay. We went to the beach club owned by the hotel on the other side of Spetses town which was great.

The setting is spectacular and it is a beautiful grand old hotel. Some of the furniture in the rooms needs to be updated. But it is gorgeous- especially front tooms with balcony.

Excellent location and view. We booked a Tower room with view and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with living room and dining room. This was HUGE! Front desk gave me a yoga mat for my room upon request. The wine provided as a gift was great. And the bottled water was generously replenished daily. The bath products were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, including fresh figs one day! Spa was also excellent. I highly recommend this property. The hotel also provided free transfer service from the ferry port.
