Lovely friendly staff, plenty of breakfast. Room spotlessly clean. Great location

Our room AIr conditioning and TV were not working why we checked in. Front desk said none of the TVs working then next morning the receptionist said that was a lie and sent someone in to repair it. Air conditioning worked after we had it repaired. Light in the bathroom was blinking so they sent someone in to repair which lasted about one night then it started blinking again. Breakfast was pretty good. They had one man working bar who did not know how to make the advertised drinks, or maybe they didn’t have the ingredients. Same man working breakfast who was pleasant but then we heard him yelling and arguing with other staff several times during our stay.

The common areas are very lovely. I stayed in room 10, bed, pillows & bed linen very lovely. Great to have a fridge & kettle in the room but no cups or tea spoons had been left. The bathroom was tiny but with a bath that had been painted & it looked tired. Staff are lovely, as is the pool & outside seating. Hopefully the sunbeds can be updated soon. Great location to beaches, bus stop, local shops & tavernas.

The view from the balcony was lovely, sea view. Parking was convenient providing you have a samll car. Room had decent air con. We were in easy walking distance to restaurants and beaches in Lassi. The room was requested as a twin and we were given a double. The bathroom was in bad need of revamp. Hairdryer was broken and coming off the wall and shower was dated. Breakfast had quite a small offering in terms of options although it was nice to be able to eat outside. Staff were all very friendly

I enjoyed the stay. The staff were great. The rooms are in need of refurbishment. It’s quite a walk to anywhere so I would recommend that you rent a car.

Great location across from the beach. Pool area is relaxing, spotless and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is standard buffet, no full english but did for us just fine with a decent selection daily. Aircon in room, included in price, worked a treat and was much needed! Nice stroll up the strip at night with lots of places to eat. Our room was lovely with a stunning sea view, they have all you could need ... mostly ... ladies who need a hair dryer would be best taking your own. There is one but might take you a while! But the best thing about this place for us (2nd visit) are the staff, super friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and very well kept, yes not 5 star, but great value for money.

Hébergement bien situé proche à pieds de plages magnifique Costa Costa...de bons restaurants et à une courte distance en voiture d'Argostolila capitale avec sa magnifique rue pietonne et son port, beau jardin, piscine agréable et bon rapport qualité prix, personnel trés sympathique. Le seul défaut du sejour est venu de la reservation expedia/hotels.com qui nous a bloqué plusieurs heures à l'arrivée car le voyagiste essayait d'imposer à l'hôtel un tarif et des conditions que ce dernier n'acceptait pas. Nous avons été pris en hotage de façon anormale dans cette négociation, expedia nous a compensé d'un maigre 50 euros de coupon à dépenser chez eux...

The pictures are very deceiving of the rooms. They were tired and dated and very small with a small balcony you struggled to get 2 people on it. I did not speak to 1 person staying there who had a new bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The staff were unhelpful apart from our cleaner and the young lady that worked the pool bar during the day. The breakfast was poor. On a positive note the pool area was nice and the gardens had been kept well.

Location was very handy but hotel was very run down and photos so not respond to the Internet very outdated for the money that we paid

Hotel was very clean, only 5 minutes walk from the best beach in Kefalonia. Staff did everything to make us feel at home. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in Lassi, and is just a short journey from the airport (approx 10 mins). The taxi journey was $20 from airport to hotel, and $25 from hotel back to airport, although a bus is available. The location is absolutely perfect for the amazing Makris Gialos beach, and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and the beginning of a road full of restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop is directly outside the hotel. It looked as though the hotel and pool area had been completed redecorated recently. Our room was small but clean and tidy, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom toilet and basin looked new, but the bath/shower needed an updated – but worked perfectly okay. The staff were brilliant – really helpful and friendly – we had no issues at all throughout our stay. The pool area was great, lots of sunbeds (which looked new) and a bar for drinks etc. We ate out each evening in local restaurants (great value and lovely food), but ate breakfast at the hotel – breakfast was fairly limited in choice and basic, but it was okay. We would definitely stay at the hotel again – not least because of the location opposite the wonderful Makris Gialos beach.

The weather and staff were very good as was the pool . The breakfast was adequate. The rooms require a complete upgrade . The first room they gave us was like going back to the 70's and was located a long distance from the pool area . We were then transfered to a lower floor which was like something from the 90's . The shower stand had perished but we managed There are no lifts so not good for people with impairments.
