I came for the view from the roof bar, very nice and relax. Receptionists are giving much help and spaces are very open and free to relax.

Was absolutely amazing

We booked a room with a king bed and got 2 single beds pushed together, made up separately. When I tried speaking to the reception told me they would have someone come fix it yet no one ever did and I didn't push for it either as we were only there for 2 nights. There was a cockroach in our toilet bowl at one point, the room had signs of deterioration and our window literally looked out onto a wall, drinks were very expensive at the hotel, the best part of this hotel though was the young man that served us at the pool, he was great Adonis I believe his name was. Location wise you could walk to the center within 30 mins.

Wifi not adequate for demand.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby area is nice. The bar upstairs is really nice. The room was not great (I took the standard room). Two connected twins like it’s the 80s, not comfortable beds, have to push the toilet flush button with extreme force. Room WiFi doesn’t work properly. The location was useful for the purpose of my visit but I wouldn’t recommend this location for a vacation. All in all not a bad hotel but very poor value for money.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but I believe this hotel deserves one. Arrived at the hotel and approached the check in desk, the lady who served us mentioned she had upgraded our room which we were grateful for. Entering the room it seemed very old with marks on the walls. I also noticed there were two twin beds rather than a king bed as I had requested. I went back down to inform the man at the desk who stated I had requested two double beds. I showed the man my reservation but he was very dismissive mentioning on their system it said two beds, he then proceeded to state he would have it fixed but as if he was doing me a favour. The way it was fixed was by placing a topper between the twin beds ( I know this is standard practice). The topper made no difference as there was a diver in the middle where I or my wife would constantly roll into and had the worst sleep. I informed the man at the front desk the next morning to which he stated he could add another mattress on top, at this point I refused and asked for a king bed, he stated these rooms were already booked. The bathroom was so outdated and had a missing seal for the shower screen which meant when you have a shower the floor flooded. On top of this the rooftop pool and bar was hired for a private event on Sunday from 5pm which is the day I had planned to go, there was no mention of this to me beforehand and I had to read this from a notice in the lift. The music from the event was so loud and went on till 11pm.

Beliggenheden er fin, men ikke central. Hotellet ligger ikke midt i centrum, men heller ikke langt ude ved lufthavnen. For os var det ok, da vi mest tog taxa. Vil man gå direkte til seværdighederne, findes der bedre placeringer. For os er de vigtigste ting de tre B’er: bed, bathroom og breakfast. Sengene var gode, bløde og komfortable. Badeværelset var også fint. Vi havde to værelser: ét m. badekar og ét m. bruser. Jeg foretrak klart bruseren, hvor vandtryk og temperatur var rigtig gode. Der var shampoo, balsam og showergel. Som mange steder i Grækenland må toiletpapir ikke skylles ud, men skal i skraldespanden. Ikke hotellets skyld, men i denne kategori kunne man godt ønske sig et bidet. Værelset havde fin størrelse m. sofa, skrivebord, tv, skab, strygejern og safe. Aircondition varierede dog: mit værelse havde en moderne løsning, mens et andet havde en ældre manuel model, hvilket ikke føles helt 5-stjernet. Morgenmaden var god, men ikke overdådig. Der var æg, kød, kartofler, brød, kager, croissanter, pålæg og vegetar muligheder. God kvalitet, men mere 4+ end luksus. Rooftop- og poolområdet er et klart plus. Poolen er flot, men ikke opvarmet og bliver hurtigt dyb. Barområdet var hyggeligt, og både brownie og cocktail var gode. Samlet set: et godt og behageligt hotel, men ikke helt en ægte 5

The room and the hotel is very good ! well cleaned and with a really good rooftop. The only thing I would like to mention is the VERY BAD INTERNET IN EVERY LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. I reported to the reception because I needed to make a videocall and the speed was terrible. My roaming service was way better than the hotel internet.

Gammelt og slitt på suite, men ok verdi for pengene. Et stykke fra bykjernen, men rimelig med uber. Veldig hyggelig personale og god mat i restauranten

Dette er et litt slitent og upersonlig hotel. Hyggelig betjening, alt fungerer greit men synes ikke dette er et fire stjerners hotel.

I loved the roofrop and the park

We rented another place and it was awful and found the Radisson and thought it would be a safe choice. It was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The pool is very pretty. Our air conditioner wasn’t working, but they came in and fixed it immediately. My son’s electric converter blew the fuse when he first started plugging it in. This was 5 minutes after they fixed the a/c. They fixed this right away also. This property is not very conveniently located to the tourist areas. There aren’t lots of restaurants close by. There’s a lovely park across the street. It looks like it’s a favorite of the locals. There were lots of families and people exercising. It’s very close to the Archaeological Museum.
