Struttura molto pulita e personale molto cortese. Le camere non sono molto curate nei dettagli (pittura da rinfrescare, doccia con telo, porte vecchie e non insonorizzate), tuttavia l'hotel dispone di una fantastica piscina che il personale permette di utilizzare a qualsiasi orario

Hotel in posizione tranquillissima, perfetto per chi vuole rilassarsi spendendo il giusto. Staff gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo... camere pulite e spaziose con un utile e piacevole balcone. Il pezzo forte dell'hotel però è il giardino con l'ampia piscina... davvero molto bello. Le ragazze dello staff sempre gentili e sorridenti. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere "svecchiato" un pò, per il resto è una valida soluzione per visitare la parte ovest di Creta.

Regina Hotel er et udemærket hotel, men man skal være forberedt på at have en bil eller anden transport hvis man vil se andet end hotellet. Der serveres morgenmad men så er der ellers langt til strand, indkøb, frokost eller aftensmad tiltrods for hotellets muligheder så er roof top og poolbarer lukket, men Mithimni & Nopegia camping bar og restaurant 1-3 km fra hotellet derimod fortræffelige alternativer.

Moreover, the hotel's location was in fully access to a wide range of activities in the surrounding area, offering to everyone ample opportunities for entertainment and exploration. Horrible! Une nuit mais une nuit de trop pour cet hôtel vieux, salé, pas isolé du bruit... Bref passez votre chemin vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.

Quelle belle arnaque! Hôtel fantôme, poussiéreux, vétuste à éviter. Je suis une habituée des hôtels sur hotel.com tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel (soit plusieurs fois par mois). C'est la 1ere fois que je vois cela. Trouver un hôtel vide, sans accueil, ni responsable, ni réceptionniste, ni même de l' eau dans la piscine. Aucun client non plus. Une responsable réceptionniste qui arrive tranquillement 1h après. Une fois arrivée, la chambre n'était pas faite. Nous avons du attendre encore. Une fois la chambre accessible, porte bloquée, toilettes non fonctionnels, vétusté des lieux, et propreté qui laisse à désirer...De manière générale les services proposés étaient totalement absents. Pas d'eau dans la piscine. Nous avons du quitter l'hôtel. Nous étions sensés rester 3 jours. Aussi, la plage n'est pas exceptionnelle de ce côté. Tracez votre chemin. Vous éviterez bien des déconvenues...La responsable est une menteuse, le grand responsable aussi. Aucun geste, pour tous les désagréments causés même pas un verre d'eau ou café pour 1h30 à poiroter.. Heureusement nous avons trouvé bien mieux en terme d'hôtel et pour moins cher ailleurs! A ce jour toujours aucun remboursement alors que le responsable avait bien validé cela ; hotel.com ne fait rien non plus; ça ne dérange pas plus que cela que le client se fasse arnaquer de la sorte. Honteux !
