Lovely hotel. Great staff eager to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. A suggestion for improvement: Let the two tables at the pool area next to the dining area be non-smoking. All the smoke from the cigarettes were bothering the non smokers in inside.

Great staff ,fast , clean and helpful

So many steps up to reception. There was a ramp apparently, but out of sight and no signs. Pool closed on arrival 8.30pm and not open until 11am so no chance for us. Good for food evening. Breakfast buffet. Nice staff member got us freshly made omelettes which were nice but cold.

Rooms are clean and have been nicely renovated. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only wish the air conditioning in the room was cooler. Could barely feel it working during the peak of the day.

The rooms have been beautifully renovated. Modern, clean and quiet. Beautiful pool with bar and an amazing view! Only wish the air conditioner in the room was stronger. The room cooled down in the evening but while the sun was up it was quite warm. Looking forward to my stay with them again next year!

Relaxing Experience, the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is near enough in the airport which add on the points. The bar and restaurant food is also very good with reasonable price. The swimming pool is one of the highlight of our stay. The sunset and the view is amazing.... We will definitely going back in this hotel on our next trip to Thessaloniki.

This hotel has a wonderful quiet location that’s away from the highway. The two biggest problems we had at this hotel were noisy AC and a lack of bug screens. An app on my phone registered the AC making a 63 dB noise at low fan setting. The noise at the high setting was 68 dB! When we entered the room, the window was open. There were mosquitos in the room and we got bitten all over before the mosquito pill that you plug in has kicked in. The last problem had to do with the spring mattresses not having enough padding. We didn’t have a good night sleep, and were dealing with mosquito bites for days afterward. Breakfast was good, especially the dessert dishes.

The view was good with the sea in the distance. We are average people but the toilet is too small. Coffee service could be improved .

Oh this is a MUST stay for the views. It is incredible! The staff and restaurant staff are SO FRIENDLY. Such good people!

An old building too far off the main road

Front desk staff on arrival was very helpful. Excellent breakfast.

This place was excellent. Loved the 3 nights stay at Royal Hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, well-appointed rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
