I have traveled all over the world, experienced many hotels and was completely overwhelmed by the service, the friendliness and professionalism I received staying at Saluti Da Stampalia Suites. From the moment I arrived I could tell my stay was going to be memorable one. Virginia, the owner called me on the day to ensure everything was ok with my flights, if I needed transportation etc. She was across the entire business, so hands on and loved her team and all her guests. So genuine and attentive and it was obvious that the staff cared and respected their work and looked after everyone, like it was their own establishment. The food was sensational OMG the cook a local mum, who farms her own vegetable's, brought to the table the most incredible pastries, tarts, omelettes, sweets, to breakfast daily specials. Never have I looked forward to breakfast as much as here. My room was cleaned from the time I went downstairs for breakfast and back again, extremely clean and everything a guest could want, was accommodated and thought of. From a complementary towel to a beach bag where gifts to remember them by. Nothing was a bother, nor too much trouble but so refreshing to hear "what more can we do for you". The entire experience in Astypalaia for me was my stay at Saluti Da Stampalia Suites. I would most definitely come back to stay here and see my new Astypalaia friends again. It was not only me but all the guests had the same experience, just incredible. Made my trip!!!

We had a wonderful time staying on Astypalea at Saluti! Virginia and her whole team would go out of their way to give such a personal level of service that it felt hardly like being in a hotel at all! The room and terrace were fantastic, with breathtaking views across the bay towards the castle, and the bars and restaurants of Livadi are only a short walk away. The fantastic Astybus is also right outside to take you to other places on the island, and the Chora is well worth exploring! The beaches at nearby Tzanaki were only a short walk away, too. Simply Incredible. From the considered modern heritage design of the space to the warmth exuded but every member of the team this boutique hotel made our stay in Astypalaia unforgettable. Offers one of the best views on the island with the Chora stretching across over Livadi Bay - shining during both sunrise and golden hour. Breakfast is the ultimate culinary experience offering traditional fresh baked goods alongside an extensive a la cart menu of options to satisfy every taste always with a local twist. Room Fridge renewed every day with fresh treats. All products sustainably sourced from the family farm on the island elevating the flavour of every dish. Service is exceptional from the moment of booking - proactive correspondence to facilitate every detail of our trip to the island (car/boat rentals etc.), complimentary airport transfers and local recommendations, not to mention a surprise birthday celebration; the owners and staff ensured our stay and that of every guest was flawless. The warmth and kindness we experienced was second to none making us feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel yet being completely at home. It is the best of what an already unforgettable island has to offer and we look forward to returning.
