萨瓦斯海洋酒店

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend who wanted to extend their holiday in Zante. The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! The main building is fine but my daughter was stuck in an additional block of the hotel which was adjacent to the laundry room! The ‘balcony’ looked out onto a garage forecourt which was on a busy road near the main strip (see pictures). Not only that, the girls were then asked to pay for air conditioning, which is advertised as included on the website. This is 10 Euros per night. The hotel refuse to switch it on unless you pay. The fridge in the room was also broken. It was only when I turned up at the hotel in person with my friend that we managed to get the fridge replaced and the aircon on (although still had to pay!). They seemed to take complaints more seriously from 50 year old adults than young people. I think the young people are taken advantage of because of their age and the fact that many of them are travelling alone or in small groups. I cannot fault Expedia at all, who very quickly resolved my complaint satisfactorily, but I do not recommend this hotel.

Fue una mala experiencia aparte que el cuarto estaba sucio, las cucharas oxidadas la cocina eléctrica de una hornilla no funcionaba bien el pago de 25 euros por día por aire acondicionado pero al estar con 4 niños éramos 8 y ver tanto alcohol en las picinas tantos chicos y chicas tomando escuchando música a todo el volumen pelando y haciendo mucho ruido toda la noche fue una mala experiencia no leí los comentarios que decían que muchos jóvenes pero no pensé que sería en tanto extremos ver en la picina en todo el hotel con botellas gritos y música fuerte y no exagero al ir en familia fue una malicima experiencia

De kamer was prima. Het ontbijt wat sober. De matrassen waren écht te hard. Maar ergste was: alles werd de hele dag overstemd door keiharde muziek, tot 23u in de avond! Oorverdovend! Daardoor geen aanrader!

Hotel is okay depending on what you are looking for. The average customers are young, very loud and like to party. Better than I expected considering the reviews I've read. You have to pay 10£ a day for air-conditioning! Hotel it's close to the main road with clubs and shops. Nothing special about it.

Θα ήθελα το δωμάτιο να είναι καθαρό και όχι μισοκαθαρισμενο!!!! Επίσης τα φίλτρα του air condition να είναι καθαρά και να μην είναι φραγμένα από τη σκόνη!!! Η καθαρίστρια να αλλάζει το νερό του Κούβα της σφουγγαρίστρας και πριν ξεκινήσει να σφουγγαρισει να χρησιμοποιεί τη σκούπα της και να μαζεύει τα σκουπίδια!!! Στο pool bar να δουλεύουν άτομα τα οποία γνωρίζουν πως να φτιάξουν έναν καφέ διότι μια φορά που πήρα καφέ δεν πινοταν με τίποτα και μετά πονούσε το στομάχι μου!!! Οι διακόπτες και οι μπριζες του δωματίου είναι κακής ποιότητας και φοβόμουν να τα χρησιμοποιήσω για να μην πάθω ηλεκτροπληξία!!! Ολόκληρο ξενοδοχείο και στο μπάνιο δεν είχε ούτε ένα σαπούνι για να πλύνω τα χέρια μου!!!

Tudo você paga. Se quer ar condicionado...paga...se quer wi fi...paga...Não tinha agua quente...eles diziam que era morna para não queimar os clientes. Não tinha sabonete...pelo valor da diária e por ser um hotel creio que seria o mínimo. O café da manhã começava a ser servido 9h30, se você está passeando, perde a manhã. Não sei se é de propósito para os hóspedes não comerem. E na hora de fazer check out não tinha a pessoa responsável na recepção [ isso porque deveria ser recepção 24h]

This is the worst hotel, nope, it's even worse than a hostel. I have been waiting for 4 hours to check in because rude staff keep passing the bucket to others. Photos online are faked, the reality is messy and dirty with someone's underwear and socks as well as unaccountable mosquito. This is the most horrible hotel experience I have ever had.

Todo incovenientes: difícil de encontrar(sin cartel), exigen quedarse con tu documento, había agua de la nevera- sin cambio de habitación y que me lo limpie yo-,sin vasos, cubiertos oxidados, 24h de recepción pero la solución mañana??? Coste de cualquier mínimo servicio...un horror el hotel y la atención.

deludente.mai no ho trovato acqua calda.in stanza no c e tv.lontano da spiaggia...un posto rumoroso....ogni notte magari 2 volte ti svegliavano gli vicini ubriachi con urlo e colpi in porte...va bene questa e mia esperienza personale di 7 notte passate li...

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con una mia amica dal 31 agosto al 7 settembre 2016. Siamo partite un po' spaventate dopo alcune recensioni lette ma devo dire che non abbiamo trovato nulla di ciò che era descritto in alcuni commenti negativi. L'unico problema è quello di alcuni ospiti che non hanno rispetto e non sanno avere una convivenza civile e quindi urlavano o avevano musica a tutto volume in camera anche alle 3 o 4 di notte. Per il resto niente da dire e posizione ottima.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία, δίπλα σε βενζινάδικο και μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ, κοντά στο κέντρο του Λαγανά αλλά όχι τόσο ώστε να ενοχλεί (περίπου 15' με τα πόδια για παραλία, χαλαρά). Καλές εγκαταστάσεις, φυσιολογικό προσωπικό, πολλοί ξένοι

For the price good value overall ideal if you are partying walkable to everywhere in laganas cheap and cheerful I would say better for the younger tourist

The kitchenette is very poor equipped , you can not make your own coffee,there are no glasses in the rooms,there are only 3 plastic plates ,the fridge is closing with some wire.About warm water,you can have it as sun lights,otherwise the only option to make a shower is with cold water.You can not rest in this hotel,in the middle of night a lot of young people howls as somebody wants to kill them,in one night my neighbor destroyed his room.This hotel is nightmare never go there even is a cheap one!

piscina vuota e struttura praticamente chiusa, no colazione (ci rimborsano 3 euro per la mancata colazione!!) avevamo prenotato a fine agosto o max i primi di settembre e magari si aspettavano che per ottobre avevano clienti ma non essendoci evidentemente state prenotazioni hanno ben pensato di chiudere non mantenendo interamente cosa era scritto nella prenotazione..dalla piscina alla colazione e per nnon dire della pulizia della camera..non pulita ed abbiamo richiesto il cambio delle lenzuola...fatto da noi ovviamente...non mi e' piaciuto nulla, potevano avvisarci e noi decidere di andare in un altro albergo...

une très belle semaine, j'en garde une très bonne impression et je sera de retour l'année prochaine.

Not sure if this review will make any difference, but the hotel was more like a juvenile delinquent hostel and very dirty.

Its very cheap hotel!!! No services!!! No good and very clean rooms!! Nothing for breakfeast!!! Continental breakfast its Only two eggs with one cheese!!!×××××
