Has arranged a room near the bar, the music is quite loud and till 12 am is still on. Can’t sleep well.

由於航班臨時取消關係，凌晨12點才到酒店，職員很幫忙外出買外賣給我們，工作人員很好！只是鄰居每天很早的拍門聲很嘈及房間某地方多螞蟻。

前台服務員細心親切，位置其實算方便，但入夜後酒店的路不好找

Reservamos la habitación con vista al mar y spa y valió la pena. Los atardeceres desde la terraza fueron preciosos. Tiene una buena ubicación, el desayuno delicioso y el personal muy amable y atento a tus necesidades. La habitación tiene muy buena decoración y extras, la cama es muy cómoda pero las almohadas podrían mejorar.

Awesome property in an amazing location.

Room was very nice, we were given an upgrade when we checked in due to our Hotels.com membership. Staff was all phenomenal! Food was great too!

The pools were nice but the jacuzzis in both areas were not working properly. Breakfast was average for a 5* hotel. This is no way a reflection on the staff. As they were all fantastic in service and help and attitude. Certain parts of the hotel would need attention, ie jacuzzi, pool areas, seating.

This is a fantastic hotel with a super friendly staff, beautiful rooms/amenities, and a quick walk to the shops, restaurants and bars of downtown Chora. They also helped us with excursion recommendations and transport every time we wanted to venture out. Loved staying there…5 stars!

Shopping options nearby was great ; the jets in the hot tub / pool was not working ; glassware in the room did not appear to be cleaned after turnover service ; staff were friendly and helpful

Hotel é sensacional. A única coisa ruim foi que chegamos por volta de 12h e tivemos que nos trocar nos banheiros perto do café da manhã. Poderiam ter direcionado pra um local melhor, já que não havia como pendurar as roupas e acomodar a mala que continha as roupas a serem trocadas. Creio que na academia deva haver algum local ou poderiam pensar nisso. De resto foi tudo perfeito.

The property is beautiful and is very centrally located and an easy walk to the town. The room was comfortable and offered everything one requires. The breakfast was also plentiful and amazing. The only downside was that the service at the pool and bar area. No one ever came to take orders and the staff was general remorse and didn't seem interested. This property could make a lot more money by being attentive to the guests. In addition, we asked how to move the coverings to have shade and it took them over 1 hour to tell us that they were broken. The pool and bar staff is just generally uninterested in providing a higher level of service. I will add that the driver, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very attentive and accommodating. I would stay here again as it is a beautiful property but would hope that they improve the pool and bar service.

We stayed at Semeli for 8 nights and overall the experience was just average , I’m not sure we would stay again. We booked two Superior Double Garden View rooms, but the quality between them was very inconsistent. One had a small balcony facing a basketball court, while the other didn’t even have a window that could open, leaving it with a damp smell. Both rooms felt outdated and poorly maintained for the price. Small details were disappointing: no espresso machine, just a rusty kettle with instant coffee sachets; worn furniture; amenities (like Q-tips and makeup pads) never replenished; slippers not replaced when missing. Housekeeping often overlooked basics -a cockroach we killed on day one remained on the balcony until the end of our stay, and even empty snack bowls weren’t cleared for days. Pool towels were very old, and closet drawers didn’t close properly, which added to the shabby impression. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, both at reception and concierge. Breakfast was nice, decent (not outstanding, but with nice touches like homemade cakes and tarts. The location is excellent, only a 3-minute walk to Mykonos town, and the parking with electric car charging was very convenient. All in all, Semeli has great staff and location, but the upkeep of the rooms and housekeeping standards need serious improvement to justify the price. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay less pleasant, and we’d likely look for another option next time.

I could not say more incredible things about the hotel and its staff. From the moment I arrived to check out everything was wonderful.

This was our second year in a row at this amazing hotel. The staff, facilities, and location were all superb. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. Such a charming hotel. We will be back.

Sempre fico em quartos muito bons no Semeli desta vez me colocaram em um quarto muito ruim pequeno apertado banheiro ruim e as portas com cupim. Pedi para a recepção se poderiam me trocar pois sou uma amante do Semeli. Eles disseram que eu poderia ficar a vontade e mudar de hotel se eu quisesse achei muito rude da parte deles. Pedi então para falar com o gerente e então ele no dia seguinte me passou para um quarto menos ruim. Fiquei triste pois vou todo ano e recomento o hotel para todos.
